Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Cooking the filling. Diced bacon and ham. Three cheese on a coarse grater. We cut the onion with scissors. Mix everything and set it aside for now.

  • Pour all dry ingredients into a large bowl of a blender with knives. Then add the diced butter. Grind with knives to a crumb state.

  • We mark 12 segments. I use a plastic spatula.
  • Spread the remaining filling on top, pressing lightly. Cut the circle into segments, slightly pushing the pieces apart.
  • We bake for 20-25 minutes until beautifully browned and gilded.
  • Serve hot or cold. I love with the first course or broth. Delicious, satisfying and beautiful!
