Juicy rhubarb pie with strawberry yogurt

Ingredients

Butter 200 gr.
Sugar 150 gr + 50 gr
Eggs (SB) 2 pcs.
Strawberry yogurt (drinking) 300 ml.
Rhubarb 200 gr.
Almonds (petals) 50 gr.
Salt pinch
Flour 350 gr.
Baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat soft butter with 150 gr. sugar until splendid. Beat eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, sift. Without stopping whisking, gradually add flour to the butter mixture, alternating with yogurt. The dough turns out to be quite thick, it does not fall from the spoon. Peel the rhubarb, cut into pieces about 2 cm thick, mix with 50 gr. Sahara. Put the dough into a mold with a diameter of 27 cm, flatten. Spread rhubarb on top, sprinkle with almond petals. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes until dry
