Ingredients

cream 33% 200 g
milk 150 g
wheat flour c. from. 150 g

butter 40 g

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Beat egg whites until firm.
  • Beat the yolks with salt, sugar and cream.
  • Continuing to beat, alternately add flour and milk to the dough.
  • Gently, trying not to precipitate, add whipped proteins into the dough.
  • Add butter, stir.
  • Bake in a well-heated skillet on both sides.
  • Serve immediately.
