Ingredients

Lemon Coconut Blend

coconut flakes 80g

sugar 180g
icing sugar for sprinkling the cake

Cooking method

  • Wash the lemons and finely grate the zest. Squeeze the lemon juice, it should turn out to be 100 ml, if not enough, add water to the norm.
  • Dough: Combine all the ingredients for the dough, plus a teaspoon of zest and use a mixer to make crumbs. Then mold the ball with your hands. The dough is soft enough.
  • Line the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the dough, smooth it out with your hands and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Form size 25x20 - rectangular.
  • Mixture: put all the components of the lemon-coconut mixture, plus lemon juice and 2-3 teaspoons of the zest in a bowl and beat at high speed of the mixer.
  • Remove the pie crust from the oven, pour the lemon-coconut mixture on top and pour over the crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Get out the cake and let it brew overnight.

What can I say? In my opinion, the picture is tastier than a pie)) The dough is harsh (I was not mistaken with a baking powder, only in the filling))) And the height of this pie is three centimeters. In sliced ​​form, cookies resemble)) And I see no reason to insist. Cool down and you can eat.

My husband tried it and said - delicious. Apparently, it's still a matter of taste, if the husband doesn't like it, he says so)))
