Ingredients

For dough
milk (buttermilk, water) 50 ml.
sugar 1 tsp
pressed yeast 20 gr.
wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
For the test
dough all
cottage cheese (cream cheese) 200 gr.
milk (buttermilk, water) 270 ml.
salt 1 tsp
butter 40 gr.
sugar 3 tsp
wheat flour 500 gr.

Cooking method

  • Dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add sugar and flour, leave for 15 minutes until a lush head of foam appears.
  • Dough. We add all the other products to the dough (we leave 50 grams of flour, then add, if necessary), knead the dough in a bread maker or a combine until the bun.Then we spread the dough on a surface dusty with flour and divide randomly into several parts (I divide it into 8 parts). We roll out each part in the form of a long strip and roll it up into a bar, each time pinching the joints and edges. Divide the resulting rolls in half and put them tightly in a greased long form, send them to part. When the workpiece doubles in size, we send it to an oven preheated to 180C, bake until golden brown (I have about 35 minutes).
  • After baking, remove the bread from the mold, cool on a wire rack, covering with a towel.
  • We eat by breaking off portioned pieces or cutting into slices, as you like.
