Bread with sweet red onions, garlic, thyme ... and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

Wheat flour 475 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 10 g
Water 50 ml
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream + milk 250 ml
And the filling:
Red onions (peeled and cut into slices) 4 things.
Garlic (cut into slices) 2 heads (not teeth!)
Balsamic vinegar 8 Art. spoons
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Fresh thyme (cut and knead the leaves) twigs 10-15

Cooking method

  • As a basis, I took the dough "Milk loaf from Admin", because I really fell in love with this loaf .... (I replaced only half of the milk with sour cream.)

  • knead the dough in HP (Basic mode)

  • Put the filling in a large dish and bake in the oven (190 degrees) for 30 minutes.

  • Take out and allow to cool. Chop finely.

  • When the dough is ready, roll it into a round cake about 1 cm thick and spread the onion mixture over the surface of the cake, roll it up, folding the edges.

  • Place this roll on a baking sheet, cut with a sharp knife and sprinkle with flour. Place in the oven for proofing until doubled. Then bake until tender.

Note

I baked Jamie Oliver's bread today.
The bread is really amazing !!! When I cut it and my husband took a bite of the first piece, he said: "What delicious bread with mushrooms ...." But I know that there are no mushrooms there!

It turns out like a roll with a salty filling. It looks very delicious.
I will take this stuffing into service and somehow make it in the post.

To make the filling salty, it must probably be additionally salted. Next time I will add more garlic (almost not felt at all) and less vinegar. But still very tasty, ate on the same day.
