I don't understand why this oven is needed, why the oven is not suitable? I have pizza and it works great in the oven. I have a convection oven and a grill.
So I also have convection, and it works great, but not like in a pizzeria. I just can't achieve such quality baking. Not worse, just wrong.

Pet can the dough not be the same as in pizzeria?
So I thought so. I tried different ones. But after reading this topic I doubted. Everyone has the same problem. Tried margarita pizza according to the original Italian recipe. So I ask, maybe someone without such a stove got a "real" pizza?
Pet
What is included in this stove? Thank you in advance.

I have only one assumption - the pizza is tasty and good in the pizza oven due to the fact that the heating elements are so close. My oven is also very good - both with grill and convection, Bosch, but it still tastes better in a pizza oven. I already wrote that I used to make dough on kefir, so that it turned out soft and fluffy in my oven, but it still quickly became hard while it was baked. And in a pizza maker, I make the dough in general, according to the recipe for the bread maker, it is generally on water, but it turns out soft and airy. In my oven, the same dough just turned into stone.

Pet
What do you mean by a kit. The box contains only a stove and that's it.
Pet
Is there any form for pizza. Here's how you form the cake, directly on the pan?

No, there is no form. I form the cake really right on the pan. True, I bought myself another glass board with a diameter of just 30 cm, sometimes I roll it out on it, and then transfer the dough to a baking sheet. And sometimes, when a lot of people need to be fed pizza, I make a square one, in the whole baking sheet.
A glass board like this

In the summer, at the forum, people went crazy with a special stone in the oven. Some kind of marble or granite. They put it in the oven and bake on it, pies, bread, pizza.
In principle, you can roll out the cake on it.
Pet
Yes, I saw the stone and already wanted to look for it, but ...
All gentlemen! I could no longer endure the oppressive feeling of lack of pizza in my kitchen Damn, I probably need to be treated for sure. Today to rush, and tomorrow morning I will do superpizza.
Cost $ 35.50.

And today, Alfredo's stove, so much praised in German forums, came to me. And I immediately tried it. The pizza exceeded all expectations! The road to the pizzeria is now closed for us! Pizza was eaten almost with fingers

This is just awesome ... Congratulations on your purchase! Share your pizza recipe. And what is its diameter? And what is the power of the machine itself - well, is there 600 W or how much?

I really want to buy such a cool device or similar!
Tashenka
Good people, tell me where you can buy a pizza oven (at least some, but, of course, tested and approved!).
Not in our stores. I can't find something in online stores that are engaged in mailing from Moscow to other cities. And I want ...
True, soon you will have to come up with shelves suspended from the ceiling in order to arrange all your Wishlist. : - \ But it is not for nothing that they say: "Hunting is greater than bondage!"

OwlSorry, I looked over what you asked for the pizza recipe. Here's a recipe from a German site. From this quantity, 4 pizzas with a thin bottom or 3 pizzas with a thick bottom are obtained in this oven.

600 gr. flour
4 gr. fresh yeast
300 gr. water
12 gr. salt
1/2 tea tablespoons of sugar
3 tbsp. spoons of olives. oils

Good luck!

Today I made an omelet for breakfast in this miracle oven

I have already baked 6 pizzas with my new daewoo hp1200. The dough is really cool. Such as I wanted and this is with the simplest water + flour + yeast. But...
In 15 minutes, the cake is baked to normal, and the cheese has time to dry out and brown. In the photos of Schapirinka and xb, the cheese is thin. Inject, what kind of cheese do you use and what sauce at the same time? Personally, I myself use inexpensive mozzorela, and in pizzerias, cheese is used inexpensively, and pizza is great.
Schapirinka
I use regular Dutch Gouda hard cheese. Sometimes just mazzarella, sometimes French. But with Dutch I like it the most. And the pizza itself is baked for 4-5 minutes, so that nothing has time to dry and at the same time the crust is just awesome.
Anastasia

In general, I use almost any cheese that is at home and normally it turns out in DEU-cheese does not dry out. But I always put a lot of tomatoes - maybe that's why it doesn't dry out - a lot of liquid from the tomato. In general, I put a lot of chaff.
And I like the sauce from the Pikanta company - with olives or with basil.

Here in your middle it burned a little, but in mine it manages to dry out over the entire surface in this way.
Tomatoes, liquids and I put a lot. I make the sauce myself from fresh tomatoes, basil and olive oil. I'll try today with other cheeses. Anastasia, how long was this pizza baked?

Hurray, comrades, a pizza oven like Alfredo has appeared in Russia.

Does it have a body made of chamotte (refractory clay) or, like a profanation from DeLonghi, made of plastic imitating ceramics?
About ten years ago, in Moscow, there were such ovens made of refractory clay (like tiles) that recreate the atmosphere of a real wood-burning pizza oven. And they cost only a little more than $ 100 ... The toad crushed! And now there are no such people anywhere. I saw one from DeLonghi, almost bought it, and looked in the store alive - plastic!

There is also such a stove.

I wonder what is her operating temperature? Was on the site of the stove "Ferrari" - here it has the correct operating temperature - up to 470 grams. The pizza is baked at an average temperature of 430 grams. Delong's "Da Gennaro" temperature is only up to 280 grams. The pizza will be the same as in a conventional oven.
Schapirinka
Nacht, shoveled the Internet, was on the website of this stove, but its temperature is not worth anywhere. Only 800 watts power.

But in Alfredo, too, the temperature reaches 470 degrees

Hello everyone!
Tell me, pliz, who knows where to buy an Alfredo-type pizza oven ?? I am from Kiev! Ideally, I want exactly the G3 Ferrari Napoli! But the search returned only a store in Chelyabinsk and Moscow!
Mistat
Yes, here I am joining this problem!
I read mulberries about different stoves and my head ached, why choose the one?
Between:
The G3 Ferrari Napoli is my favorite.
Fagor GP 280 - something like nothing and the price is less.
DAEWOO HP1200 - I also liked it.
Dance
Can anyone suggest where in Moscow you can buy this Ferrari Napoli stove? The search returned only one store on Rizhskaya, but they were there for a long time and are no longer expected! Maybe there are some similar to this stove?
Anastasia
I found another use for my pizza oven - I very quickly make crackers in it (well, of course, from homemade bread) for fondue. Sprinkle the bread cubes with olive oil and onto a baking sheet in the pizza oven. Just while the fondue mixture is melting on the stove, mulled wine is being prepared in the chocolate maker. After 10 minutes, everything is ready.

I have two pizza ovens. I read this Temko and immediately bought a Daewoo. At the dacha, we bake both-a-a-aalden pizza on it! The dough is kneaded by a bread machine, and then we hammer this business into the oven according to all the rules and woo-a-la! Enjoy! Neighbors are also happy to take part in such pizzeria feasts, especially when it's cloudy outside, it's raining and there is no pleasure from barbecue, because everything is important there: both the cooking process and the eating process are best done outdoors in the garden, and with pizza, on the contrary, is somehow more pleasant at home, at a round table.
Back home, to Moscow, I bought Fagor and I don’t regret it either. Everything turns out very cool, while an absolutely perfect circle comes out, I level it right on the stove itself, so to speak, I bring it to the ideal!
I like both. And, if I had to choose now, I would again do the same: to the dacha - Daewoo, Fagor home (it takes up less space and can be easily removed).
Rainbow
I also bought Fagor, besides the English pizza oven. A wonderful stove. We took it with us to the village, warmed it up and baked it in it. And at home, my son constantly conjures. English with a stone - it has its own taste for the dough, and Fagor - Teflon, but it also turns out great.

I'm here again with a pizza maker. After the New Year, my situation with the purchase of kitchen appliances has changed dramatically. If before the New Year I had a list of what I would like, now, when I have almost all this heap, my husband has a list of what I don’t have! Got into a sports rage !!! His number one on the list is a fruit dryer. My arguments that now is not the season, he is quite satisfied, but ... the next morning he forgets about them and specifies whether I have chosen a model! He has a list of eleven items. It seems that I will be almost the first owner of a marinator on this forum. Asks what kind of apparatus is drying fish!
And here we passed rows with minibooks / ovens, and there is a pizza in the picture for an electric oven (the size of a microwave). He looked at her and asks why the pizza maker disappeared from my list? I told him that I could not choose a model. And when asked what this does not suit me, she threw up her hands and said loudly: “I don’t know! It doesn’t say “pizza”, but it says “oven”! ”
I will not go deep into my family squabbles and will formulate the request itself. More precisely two.
1. Owners of pizza ovens, please respond and, indicating the model, give positive / negative reviews. Many links no longer work, and by name I myself will find them through search engines.
2. If anyone has got a pizza maker for this New Year, tell us! Well interesting!

Eleanor
I have two pizza shops: one at the dacha - Daewoo, the other at home - Fagor. Satisfied with both to the point of fainting. I don’t like to drag it back and forth, I will definitely forget, then I don’t know if I’ll cook something this time, well, etc. Fagor is more accurate, round, it comes in two sizes. Daewoo can make both square and round pizza. And the principle of work, of course, they have different, but the result in both cases is amazing. Only something I became lazy with cooking.
There are also two bread makers: at home - Panasonic-255 and at Hitachi's dacha, I don't remember the number, but I like it much more than Panas. I also make pizza dough in a bread maker, very sincerely.
marinal
And tell me the model of the Fagor stove, maybe I can at least find it, otherwise, no
Eleanor
Fagor Pizza-Grill. I didn't find anything else on the stove itself. It is round and looks like Alfredo, only there is no stone. But that doesn't diminish the buzz at all. There are two diameters: 28 and 24 cm. I have 28, I suffer from gigantomania. Spanish firm.
alissa
I tried to find a pizza maker, but a search on the internet gave nothing. Daewoo is nowhere to be found, Ferrari - too, and the rest were not in Moscow (or am I looking badly)? Maybe someone has information where they are found, or will share experience and instructions for ordering from Western sites?
alyona
alissa ,
I've been looking for a pizza oven for the past week too.
We don't have it in stores.
Available in the online store in Lviv. Mailing in Ukraine, maybe further, I don't know.
But Fagor found it in Moldova, did not even know about the newsletter ...

Now I know that if I really want to, I will order Daewoo in Lviv.
alissa
I found it in Lviv ... I think if you order from somewhere, it's better to have some Alfredo from Germany.
And after all, I saw in Khovatia a fleeting run to the local supermarket with a pizza oven from the company, it seems, First, even wanted to turn it in my hands, but my husband decided that he wouldn’t drag it anyway !!!
I have not yet bypassed the markets here - Gorbushka, for example ... suddenly Daewoo was lying around somewhere ...
marinal
I already found out about Lviv, the famous people live there called back and there they said that the last one was brought in for 10 months. back. So it turns out that they are not available

And no one has an Alpina pizza oven?
And then you want a pizza maker, but Daewoo is not on sale ...

at all, not a bad thing! Even a pizza stone is included! And even in principle, a device is obtained for a wider application than just a pizza oven, since there is temperature control (this is not on the DEU) and a wider slot (you can bake something more voluminous besides flat pizza). If I didn't have a DEU, I would have taken such a roster.
alissa
Anastasia, tell me, please, what is the maximum temperature in Daewoo? Alphina was interested, but 250 degrees. a little too little for pizza?
Anastasia

Unfortunately, the DEU does not have a temperature regulator, only a timer knob, so I can't even tell you at what temperature it cooks. Subjectively, there is no 250 degrees there! He cooks at a lower temperature.
Eleanor
There. in DEU, just a combination of microwaves and grilling, due to this, the cooking is taking place. I really like it, because nothing is dry and completely ready.

Only if we talk specifically about the DEU pizza oven, then there are no microwaves, there is convection (blowing) and a grill.

Girls from Ukraine, dear, I want to tell you where you can buy a Ferrari pizza oven - in Italy !! Each of you (especially girls from western Ukraine) has friends who work or live in Italy (or friends, relatives of your friends), you can ask them to buy a stove there and transfer them to Ukraine. I myself used this method of acquiring a pizza oven. A month ago I read on your forum about this miracle, your enthusiastic reviews, so I wanted the same, my friend's godfather at work in Italy, so we asked her to make such a purchase. The stove was delivered to me directly home yesterday. I have a 3G Ferrari Delizia, the price is 70 euros + 8 euros for delivery.
I didn't have time to bake the pizza yet, as it was delivered in the evening.

Yes, I called the specified site ... and imagine they are even available and cost only 495 UAH ... well, a very appetizing price. And tell me how much pizza is baked in such an oven? I found for myself a dough recipe that suits me and the pizza is baked for 10 minutes. The result is very good ... so this is what I want ... put the stove very much, I was even looking for a DEU, but they are not available ..... but will it not work out that in the stove my pizza will be cooked for 30 minutes. the question is why it is then if in the oven it is 10 minutes.
Thank you
