Apple pie on rye flour

Ingredients

Butter (room t) 100 g
Sugar 150 gr.
Eggs (SB) 3 pcs.
Peeled rye flour 150 gr.
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
(I have soda) 3/4 tsp
Salt pinch
Cinnamon taste
Sweet and sour apple (large) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Apple pie on rye flour
  • Beat soft butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Sift flour, mix with baking powder (soda) and salt. Gently mix the flour into the dough. Put the dough in a mold (I have a mold diameter of 26 cm), put an apple cut into cubes on top, sprinkle with cinnamon (I added it to the dough, it tastes better). Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes until dry.
