Girls and boys, hello!
I am writing to you with a question.
Which one of you is the owner of HP De Sina?
I looked in the topic "Selection and operation of bread makers", but I did not find such a CP.
Here are the programs included in the instructions: Basic 3 h
White bread 3 h 50 m
Grain 3 h 40 m
Rapid 1 h 40 m
Very fast 58 m
Sweet bread 2 h 55 m
Dough 1 h 30 m
Fruit jelly 1 h 20 m
Cupcake 2 h 50 m
Sandwich 3 h
Baking 1 h
I know that all HPs have approximately the same modes, but maybe there is still a similarity between my HP and the HP discussed in the forum.
I would be very glad if you would help me to know my HP better and I could use the recipes that many of you have shared.

An interesting stove you have: the Grain mode is for some reason shorter than White bread, it is very strange, usually grain, or even on some HP it is called whole grain, this is the longest mode and it starts not with kneading, like the main programs, but with heating, it is at this time that the program is longer. I have experience with 2 HP Mystery and Redmond - they are definitely twin brothers, although they are probably sisters ...
With yours, I have the same programs Fast, Very Fast, Dough and Baking, but this is according to the total time, and what is distributed within the program? ..
As a rule, I bake on two programs: Dough and Baking, but these are my preferences, and I will take the liberty of recommending to you to read this section, here everything is explained in great detail and intelligibly. There you will also find links to topics where you can ask questions directly about baking, so it will be easier:

Tanya, I think that the program "White bread 3 h 50 m" in your CP corresponds to the program "French bread" in other CPs. In my Maxwell
French 3h 50m, main 3h, sweet bread 2h55m

Take, Tatiana, look here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=26545.0 maybe it looks like something.

Ludmila, probably the CZ mode, not grain. I have instructions in German, and I didn't translate them well.

I have not tried it yet, I need to put her on this mode and see how she behaves and what she does in my absence ...
Galina,Alexander and Ludmila, thank you very much!
With your help, I will understand the modes of my "stranger".

Found it! Mine is similar to the Tarrington House BM2600, aka ALASKA BM2600!
Super! I went to figure it out!
