Lazy Cabbage Rolls (Multicuisine DeLonghi)

Ingredients

Minced meat 500gr
Cabbage 200-300gr
Leek 1/2
Onion 1
Rice
Tomato sauce 1 b, 400gr

Cooking method

  • Usually I make such stuffed cabbage in the oven, but since we have a Cousin, we try to do it in it.
  • So 500 gr of minced meat, add salt and pepper. In a convenient device, I grind the onion and half a leek bar. Add to the minced meat.
  • Rice (the amount depends on taste and economy) put a little in the microwave, rinse, add to the minced meat.
  • Finely grind the cabbage, fill it with boiling water for a while, drain it and also add it to the minced meat.

  • Mix the minced meat well, shape the cabbage rolls and put them in the cousin's bowl. First, we spread the bowl with a brush with oil without a stirrer.

I chopped the onion with a knife, but partially boiled the cabbage in pieces, and partially added raw chopper. And put the egg in. Probably 1.5 eggs could have been - they tend to fall apart a little when taken out.
