Yeastless cakes with fried onions in a waffle iron

Ingredients

Flour psh. 350 g
Oil sl. 50 g
Whey (milk can be used) 100 ml
Onion 1 PC.
White wine 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Soda pinch
Rast. oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion and fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour in wine and simmer a little more.
  • Yeastless cakes with fried onions in a waffle iron
  • Combine flour, soda, salt, softened butter, add stewed onions, whey, and after kneading the dough, send it to the refrigerator for one hour.

  • Roll out the dough with sausage and cut into 12 pieces, place them in a waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Serve warm. Bon Appetit!
