Large bun with jam in a multicooker Polaris 0507-D

Ingredients

milk 200 ml
eggs 2 pieces
butter 100g
sugar 100g
salt pinch
dry yeast 1 tablespoon
vanillin or zest optional
wheat flour 550-580 grams

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in any way.
  • Give it a couple of hours.
  • Roll out into a layer 0.5 cm thick, without going over the edges, spread with any jam.
  • Roll up. Seal the edges well.
  • Grease the multi bowl with oil. Lay the roll with a snail.
  • Turn on "heating" for 10 minutes, turn off, let the dough come up.
  • Baking mode on one side for 50 minutes, after turning over for another 30 minutes.
  • Turn over with a steamer or towel.
