Ingredients

Milk 110ml.

butter 100 g
cottage cheese (fatty) 150gr.
sugar 100 g
salt 0.5 tsp
flour 500 gr.
dry yeast 3 tsp
vanillin 1 p.
raisins, candied fruits, nuts taste.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm milk, and 1 tsp. sugar, mix, let the dough rise warm for 10 minutes.

  • Stir in flour gradually, knead into a soft elastic dough. Mix very well.
  • I want to note that the dough is very soft. It diffuses a little, but at the same time, you can make a lump.
  • We put the dough in a multicooker, heating mode; 40 ° -1: 30 (valve closed). The dough should double in size.
  • Stir in candied fruits and raisins into the dough that has come. I have about 100 grams.
  • Roll a bun out of dough.
  • Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. (I laid out on parchment)
  • Lay out the dough. Heating mode; 40 ° -1 hour. (Valve closed)
  • Next is the "porridge" mode. Pressure 0.3-1: 30 (valve open)
  • After the signal, without turning off the multicooker, they turned it over for 10-15 minutes so that the top was reddened.
