I received this device.
So, first impressions:
It turned out to be much larger in size than it seemed from the pictures. But it fits in the allocated space in my miniature kitchen-niche.
Quite detailed and well-written manual. It describes how to put ingredients in a "bucket", which affects the quality of baking, properties of ingredients. It is described how to check the suitability of the yeast (my dry yeast, lying around for 3 years, which I once bought for kvass, turned out to be quite alive). The troubleshooting section provides an explanation of the error codes displayed on the display, including those with which you are asked to contact the service (which is an excellent help for an electronic engineer in self-service post-warranty repair).
But for the display itself - a solid two with a minus. The size is literally like a wrist electronic watch! (maybe even - from them and there are) Although the dimensions of the case allow you to install a much larger display. And there is no backlight. Readability is disgusting, even taking into account the fact that I have vision problems, pah-pah-pah, no - I could hardly determine the chosen program. And in general, the display is 7-segment and shows only the program number and the time until the finished product is received (well, the error codes) - it would be better to put not an LCD, but an LED, readability would be much better.
A collection of recipes is attached, but based on a different model, with a 750 g loaf and programs that are not here. But the basic recipes for each of the programs for this particular model are in the manual.

In general, it is a pity that only one name remained from the former Japanese brand, under which now completely and completely Chinese equipment is produced ...

In general - a simple cheap model without tricks. One of the few available on the market with a small size of the finished product (which was the main selection criterion, since I live alone and do not eat a lot of bread). Let's see how it shows itself in action.

So the first damn thing:
Bread Maker SUPRA BMS-159 (= Scarlett SC-BM40002)
Bread Maker SUPRA BMS-159 (= Scarlett SC-BM40002)
And the smell is absolutely not bread, but some sour. It also tastes sour, as if shifted the yeast.
Right in frustration ... It seems that I did everything exactly according to the manual, according to the 1st, basic, program.
Even during the kneading, I noticed that it somehow interferes heavily and the lump does not spread after stopping the mixing, as if the liquid / flour ratio in favor of the latter is greatly violated. However, I dosed according to the manual - 150 ml of water and 437 ml of flour.
Although the yeast is old, I checked it as it is written in the manual - it turned out to be quite working (the foam in the sugar water poured so well).
The flour is also quite old, and I was too lazy to sift - maybe this is the case? The type was caked, the density turned out to be greater than the recipe suggests (where not the mass is indicated, but the volume, which in principle causes a large error).

For such a count. flour 250 ml of water is needed.

I tried to bake a biscuit cake from a semi-finished product - an unpleasant feature of the model became clear: until it cools down, it is impossible to start any program (including restarting program No. 6 - baking), it displays "E01".
Total - the cake was not baked, the allotted 1 hour was not enough (the temperature for baking bread is apparently lower than that required for a biscuit - according to the description for the semi-finished product, "bake 40 minutes"), and it was not possible to extend the baking time due to the above feature.

It turned out that the problem can be solved - for this (immediately continue baking if the time allotted by the program was not enough), you need to select program 9.Despite the apparent (according to the description) identity with program 6, it differs in this - it does not require complete cooling before starting.
In total, the cake was baked for 2 hours (program 6, then 9 completely), but it turned out fine.
