Scones with oatmeal and coffee glaze

Ingredients

wheat flour for general use 390 g
oat flakes 50 g
sugar 70 g
baking powder 2 h l
butter 230 g
nuts (I have seeds) handful
cream 20% 170 g
egg 1 PC
maple syrup 2 tbsp
glaze
powdered sugar 190 g
milk 2 tbsp
melted butter 1 tbsp
coffee 1 coffee spoon of coffee for 2 tablespoons of boiling water

Cooking method

  • Grind the oatmeal in a grinder, but not into dust, but so that small pieces remain,

  • Next, we transfer them to the bowl of the combine, add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add cold butter, cut into pieces and chopped nuts.

I have more oatmeal and less oil. So that the texture does not suffer, I replaced some of the oil with mashed banana


I baked with round cookies.
