Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 425 gram

sugar 20 grams
margarine (butter) 40 grams
salt 8.5 gram
pressed yeast 10 grams

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
  • The margarine or butter should be soft.
  • Knead flour and yeast mixture.
  • After 5-7 minutes, crush salt and margarine.
  • Continue mixing.
  • The total kneading time is 20 minutes with a hook.

  • Stretch-fold the dough and ferment. Fermentation for 120 minutes. Stretch-fold once every 60 minutes.
