Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 500 g
Boiled potatoes 250 g
Salt 12 g
Water 100 ml
Milk 100 ml
Fresh yeast 17 grams
Oil drain 20 g
Dry fried onions 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 h l

Cooking method

  • Add salt and turmeric to the flour, put mashed potatoes on top (do not salt during cooking, ideally steam the potatoes). Dissolve yeast in water, add milk. Kneading with a hook, the dough is very tight and there may be a desire to add liquid, you need to be patient, it will soon become plastic)) after five minutes add soft butter and after the butter has completely entered the dough (it will collect on the hook) add a couple of tablespoons of dry fried onions (I always buy in buckets at IKEA). Put the dough in a bowl under the lid and leave for an hour, then knead and after 30-40 minutes form either two small loaves, or one \ "solid \". Let it rise again in the forms and bake at 180-190 degrees until a beautiful golden crust)))
