Ingredients

turnip onion 200 grams
chickpea flour 120 grams
rice flour 20 grams
garlic 1-2 teeth
water 120-130 grams
fresh chopped parsley 1 tbsp. the spoon
baking powder 0.5 tsp
ground red chili pepper 1/3 teaspoon
turmeric 1 tsp
ground coriander 1/3 teaspoon
ground cumin 1/3 teaspoon
nigella (nigella) 1/3 teaspoon
salt taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion thinly into half rings.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add onion and parsley, stir.
  • Add water gradually. There should be enough water for everything to connect, but not dry.

I squeezed the onion before putting it into dry ingredients - it became softer and gave the onion spirit to the mixture, I also put a lot of fresh spinach, removed the chili, because children do not like spicy. Very tasty!
