Onion cutlets

Ingredients

Onion 5 medium pieces
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 3 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, seasonings taste
Diluted tomato paste, or fruit drink 2 tbsp.
Sour cream 1. st. l.

Cooking method

  • Girls, I offer you onion cutlets) hit of the 90s, when the need for invention was tricky)) but I like them so much that I make them and will do them)! each housewife prepares them differently, I offer my own version.
  • Usually I do it by eye and a lot))) but for the recipe I took such proportions.
  • We take 5 medium onions, and cut into small pieces, the smaller the better (in no case grind, there will be bitter onion porridge)
  • we add eggs, salt and pepper to taste, I also add chicken seasonings (Mivina) mix well straight, add flour, spoons and flour are different for everyone, so if you have it very thick, just add a little water so that you can take a spoon)
  • Then we fry until golden brown like pancakes, put in a saucepan, and fill with fruit drink or tomato mixed with sour cream
  • and simmer for 10-15 minutes on very low heat.
