Corn soup-puree (blender-soup cooker Vitek VT-2620)

Ingredients

Canned corn 1 ban. = 340 grams
Potatoes - 2 medium tubers 200 grams
Carrots - 1 medium 140 grams
Leek white part 10 cm
Ground sweet paprika 1 tsp
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Salt pepper Taste
Vegetable / meat broth or water ~ 400-500 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
  • Rinse the leeks well and cut into 0.5 cm thick rings.
  • Fry vegetables in a spoonful of vegetable oil until lightly browned, for 5 minutes, sprinkle with paprika and turmeric.
  • Transfer the fried vegetables to the bowl of a soup cooker, add the canned corn along with the liquid.
  • Pour broth or water 1-1.5 cm higher than vegetables and corn.
  • Switch on the Soup-puree mode. (Program duration 25 minutes: stage 1 - the contents of the soup cooker boil, boil for 6–8 minutes, then languish, stage 2 - grinding takes 7 minutes - heating - grinding, etc., stage 3 - grinding for 1 minute with pauses. )
  • After the signal, add salt (do not forget that there was already a fairly decent amount of salt in the corn, so I recommend trying it first) and pepper the soup to taste and beat again on Blender mode for 30–40 seconds.
  • Serve Corn soup with croutons and corn kernels (set aside 2-3 tablespoons in advance).

I don't have such a unit, but I have a frying pan, a steel saucepan, a blender and my hands. I fried it - banged it into the pan - boiled it - blended it right in the saucepan.
Common onions, onions. Chicken broth. Fried in chicken fat removed from the broth. In general, fast, simple, anti-crisis, and at the same time very tasty.
The soup turned out to be bright and sunny. The taste is active, rich, but not harsh. A minimum of spices successfully displays the taste and aroma of corn.
