Cooking method

  • The recipe is very simple, budgetary and fast.
  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, 9 tsp. sugar and flour. No baking powder needed! The dough is not quite tight, smooth and not sticky to hands. I have favorite curd cookie recipes that are often used - using butter and eggs, with butter without eggs, but with baking powder. There are no these ingredients in this recipe, therefore I "hooked" - at that moment I needed a lighter version in terms of calories, although when I cooked for it for the first time, there were doubts - it seemed that it would be tough, but ... the cookies came out just super! Soft and very tender! And, most importantly, with a minimum of calories!, In relation to the options with butter! Any filling can be used that does not leak. It all depends on taste and imagination!

This is what I am writing for, that it is necessary to take into account the juiciness of the apple and if it is juicy, then it should be tamed with starch.
