Hello everyone!
Today I bought this HP in Foxtrot (Mariupol) - 319 UAH. In general, the HP is similar to the Cameron CB-4407, the bucket is vertical. Took to the village for the summer. Bread is brought in, I can tell you - not any. I think I'll take a cheaper one, and there, if I like it in the fall, I'll buy it at a higher price. I brought it home, unpacked it, put it on the table, I look at it and I don't know what to do next. Yeah, let me read this forum. Then, as luck would have it, the thunderstorm began, the Internet began to cut. I managed to read 2 pages of the "Grams - milliliters and different measuring cups" branch. Well, okay, I understood about the measures. I picked up the instruction. I read the recipe for the "Basic" mode at 750g. and decided to bake, according to this recipe, his first bread. He poured water (from the tap), poured flour, then the rest in the corners, dry yeast in the center. I checked again if I had put everything down. Everything seems to be. I decided to press the buttons. And here, in my convolutions, something jumped. Instead of the "Basic" mode by 750 gr. I switched on the "French" mode for 900 g., Dark crust. Due to the short circuit in the convolutions, I naturally did not notice this. The scoreboard is 3:50. The batch went. After 15 minutes, on the advice of Admin, I feel the bun to make sure that I haven't forgotten the sensations of a woman's breasts. It turned out I hadn't forgotten. The gingerbread man is soft and the dough sticks to his fingers, he urgently began to gradually throw up flour. Then bang, the kneading stopped, the scoreboard is 3:32, the bun in flour, I think that's all - sailed. How poor he will be baked in flour. Took a fool completely turned off HP. (I didn’t know that HP will start kneading again in the future, there are no time modes in the instructions) Well, I think I’ll turn it on again and while the kneading is going on I will throw flour. Which he did. And again he chose the same mode. (I don't know why myself.) On the first batch, I still achieved familiar sensations. HP stopped, I constantly watch when the bun will begin to rise. And he does not rise. I'm upset ... The scoreboard is 2:52. HP squeaked and began to knead the dough again. (This is where I realized that I shouldn't have turned off the HP for the first time. But who knew?) 2:32 - The HP stopped. Gingerbread man, which was small and remained. I'm nervous again…. 2:11 - HP switched on for a minute for some reason !? I walk around HP and wait, well, when will it start to rise. After 15 minutes the process started. Hurrah! The dough began to rise at an alarming rate. Now I was already beginning to be afraid that the dough would come out over the edge. But, not in time. 1:10 - the heating process has started. And finally 0:00. Faster potatoes, cucumbers and moonshine on the table. And here he is the long-awaited moment! Sliced bread, warm, smelling…. Stunned! Mmmm! Real jam. I am satisfied. I hope mom in the village will be happy too. Thank you all for your patience.

I have a question for the author of the topic: please tell me how soon the kneading takes place in your stove? I wanted to buy an Orion 204 or 205 stove for a gift, but then these models were not available anywhere and I bought a 206 model, but for some reason it did not knead, the courier said that in Orions, the batch does not start immediately, but after a while (through which one he does not know). As a result, I refused to buy this stove, but bought Moulinex, because I took it to another city, and then in case of something I didn't want to know where to run. Now I want to buy a stove for myself. Again the same dilemma - Orion or Moulinex. It seems that Moulinex is better, but the 2000 model has a very fragile cover, and I have two children, I'm afraid they might break it, Orion 204 and 205 looks more durable. Tell me which model you have and how things are with the kneading - kneads immediately, after 10 minutes or after half an hour. Really looking forward to your reply.

P.S. In Orion 206 I waited 15 minutes, the batch did not start, and the courier was in a hurry

Hello!
What can I say about this stove. I like HP very much, my mother is "crazy" about her.
We mainly bake bread in the "BASIC" mode, dark crust, 900gr. And this is enough for my mother. She dreams of baking rye bread, but alas, hw. there is no flour in our stores. And so you have to buy.
- The bucket in HP stands upright. We will bake Easter cakes for Easter.
- If the flour is good, then the bread is airy. We tested the oven with fresh milk, water and dry milk according to the recipe. Everyone has a different taste, but still the bread is very tasty. If the flour is bad (floats), you have to add another glass. In this case, the bread is dense.
- Most of the bread was stored for more than 4 days, and surprisingly was fresh.
- Over the past almost three months, only one glitch got out. This is the dangling of the bucket (since it is high) during kneading, as a result of this, a creak of rotating parts appeared (something is spinning inside there)

Kneading occurs immediately.
BASIC mode, dark crust, 900g.
On the display 3:00 - intermittent mixing begins, 2:58 - intensive mixing, 2:50 - stop, 2:30 - second intensive mixing, 2:15 - stop, 1:55 - 15 seconds kneading, 1: 05- start of baking, 0:00 - bread is ready.

In general, HP is very good for its price.

Thank you very much for your reply! Regarding rye flour - try to find Luganskmlin flour on sale. You can find it in many supermarkets, you just need to search. There is also oatmeal, buckwheat, corn. Packaged in 1 kg.

I use OBM-205, the experience is about a month. I'm happy with the stove, I tried different recipes - it turned out great, especially French bread with onions. I agree with m16 - for this price it couldn't be better!
Kayman
The bread came out the first time, according to the French program. I pour milk whey instead of water, because it is reasonable and healthy. Lvov yeast, there they are always of high quality.
There are some nuances, but they can be solved.
Here is a photo of the first loaf:

Today is baked. BASIC mode, 900 gr. Instead of 350ml. water - 250 ml. potato broth and 100 gr. sparkling water "Ilyichevskaya" + added 5 tsp. sour cream. Sugar put 3 tbsp. l. instead of 4.
I took the photo from my mobile phone.

Greetings to all!

Here's what I found:

Important! If the bread maker doesn't seem to be working:
The start button turns on and the time on the display starts to decrease, but the dough is not kneaded. This is normal, because before the dough is kneaded, the heating element starts to work, which turns on and off. And only after some time (10-20 minutes) the blades begin to move, kneading the dough.

All! In two days I will definitely buy myself an Orion OBM-205. The choice was made for this model due to the presence of a variable program and a metal case, and the price is quite attractive for the first "trial" HP. From that moment on I will become a full-fledged baker
alex_step
I am quite satisfied with the quality of the unit. the set of programs is quite sufficient, I chose the obligatory presence of a changeable program.
the first bread just did not come out in shape because I still did not understand the bun and added flour, then some water but TASTE !!!!! just amazing, but I just added sesame seeds to the simplest recipe and used serum instead of water. now I will begin to study all the possibilities of the stove and a variety of recipes. just starting to get scared about the bread and bakery diet

First, after reading the forums, I was looking for a wonderful Panasonic 254 stove. I found, in his alleged representation in Donetsk, some kind of Panashop at a price of 205 greens. To my timid question about some kind of discount, two bored boys resentfully replied that for such a super model such a price is nothing and demanded to leave the office. Guys, thanks a lot!
I woke up from the magic of Brand Panasonic, went to Foxtrot, examined and constructively evaluated all the models exhibited there and ordered Orion OBM205 for 90 bucks in the online store. I liked the quality of workmanship, reliable fixation of the bucket, a large window and stainless steel.
Two days were tested right in the office according to the recipes from the instructions. The flour was sieved with a large metal sieve, but weighed on a balance. We baked two loaves of bread - 500 gr. flour and milk with eggs, 600 gr. flour. They did not interfere with the process, only watched with interest through a large window. The first bread was not weighed, the second was 970 grams. I don't know anything about the reliability of work in the future, but I attach the results of the experiments in the photo.
So do not bother with super Brands, all ovens bake almost the same if you keep the recipes.

Kuzya5555
bought an Orion 205, I hope I will not regret it, judging by the reviews on the forum. Question: is it necessary to use powdered milk, as indicated in the recipes, or can it be fresh? But how to take it into account when calculating the amount of liquid? By the way, tomorrow is a "test of the pen" so wish you luck
Mueslik
Kuzya5555 , I congratulate you, everything will work out!
Powdered milk can be replaced with fresh milk, it is only better to take it in the ratio of fifty-fifty to water (from the total amount of liquid, take 50 to 50 water and milk)
milf
Kuzya5555, congratulations on your purchase. Although our ovens are inexpensive, they are laborious and bake delicious bread. You can bake it without milk at all (the bread will be tastier, for my taste). Also try baking 50/50 bread with whey and water, or water and some kefir, or potato broth. And I also tried dry bread a couple of times, and then switched to fresh yeast. It tastes so much better.
Rem
One mode is programmed in Orion 205, not 204

And yet someone will say how to bake rye bread on Orion? pliiiz

I have recently been on this forum, I have no experience of communication in such conditions, but I decided to tell you, dear readers, my story. In the month of August, I started dreaming about purchasing a miracle baking device. Long chose, I thought it was better. Fortunately, the Internet is replete with ads for the sale of household appliances. I opted for the HP Orion 204. I ordered it, promptly delivered it (5OK store), started the oven. I was delighted, because for my 402 UAH. (about 40 dollars) could not expect more. And then on you - after 2 weeks and 2 days (I remembered because I could not give it to the store) I wake up and on you - the bread is baked but ... not mixed. I think I should take it to the service center. Brought, issued, 2 weeks later upset - the engine burned out. I waited for the item for 2 months. and as a result, he received the CP back with an act on the exchange of goods. Share your experience am I the only one so happy or ...
I ordered a new one yesterday - Delongy 125 C. I'm waiting for tomorrow
Kuzya5555
Already 4 months in work, even from the table fell and God forbid her to continue to work like this. And about two weeks, so expensive brands sometimes fly in this period
Anarhist
Good day!
For two weeks I read forums, tortured sellers in stores, chose a bakery.
Criteria:
1. Price
2. Baking quality, functionality
3. The quality of the stove
4. Appearance

Bread maker: the device is not complicated and there is a large amount of information on the Internet that there is no point in overpaying for a brand.

Chose oven: Orion OBM-205
1. Price: 620 UAH
2. Functionality: 12 programs + 1 program for your recipe.
3. Appearance. Made soundly. The bucket is durable compared to Delonhi, Zelmer.

I ordered a h-z online store.
They brought it today. The oven is a miracle.
The first bread was baked. Basik, regular bread. The whole family was preparing the ingredients, then they looked through the window. And finally, the first bread. How delicious it is. The first bread the first time, strictly according to the recipe.
Now the cupcake is on. 15 minutes left until the end of baking. But the smell is all over the kitchen.
I attach a photo of the bread.

So that's my opinion. If there is a question with the price, you should definitely pay attention to this stove. Orion OBM-205.

Sori, I couldn't find how to insert a photo. Well daladno, before they sent photos, I have similar ones. But the reality is better.

Oh, I can hear the zoom of the oven, the cupcake is ready. I went to look ...
Good luck to all.
Tutta
Made the first bread - that's something!

I made it according to the first recipe in the instructions for the bread maker, everything is as it is written there, only I took olive oil.
What would I change in the recipe after tasting the finished bread:
- less milk and sugar
- slightly more salt

Soon I will show the pictures, I could not stand it - my first bread clicked!

About the bread maker after the first use:

Pros: all buttons are large, signed in Russian, everything is clear. The signals are loud, you can hear it well. Design is beyond competition! Pts. beautiful!

Cons: I barely inserted the watch batteries under the bottom - I almost freaked out while inserting it, the battery cover did not fit into place at all. Cooking cycles by minute are not specified in the instructions. She wrote it down herself.

What are these batteries, there are batteries in this stove

Actually, there are batteries, they are included in the kit. They are inserted at the bottom in front.

My first bread came out a little one-sided, but I forgive him

Orion bread maker. I bought it, baked and stunned. (Teapot joy)

Now I'm baking French, I added peeled sunflower seeds inside, and I did the bookmark the other way around - water into flour, an experiment, so to speak. Came up! It is baked, then I will show you.

Hurrah! I'm a baker!
LiudmiLka
For three months I have been studying information on bread makers. The main thing for me is reliability and basic functions, plus a good kneading of dough for dumplings, noodles (it depends on the power, as I understand it)? Price doesn't matter. As I read the forum, I ruled out Muli because of frequent breakdowns, Delongy because of the quality of the bucket, Skis - like oil seals fly. What remained in the city of Chisinau: Kenwoods (one of the models was relatively suitable for me), but it turned out to be in 1 copy, with stolen shoulder blades and other things. I was surprised by the presence of Panasonic 255. I saw it live for the first time and was amazed at the outwardly clumsy menu, as if it was made in the “Skillful hands” circle. I asked him to turn it on - as a result, I heard scratching sounds, it was not clear whether the bucket was dangling, or the spatula slightly touched it. The seller could not fix anything, plus it was also the only copy.
There are Orions, Vitesse, Fersta, Saturns, Vortex (for the first time I hear - all inter-climbed), Elta, Delfa in the city. Stopped at Vitesse-421 and 422. At 420 there is no dough kneading at all. Made in China, even sellers admit that this is NOT France. Orions are more powerful, and the weight of the loaves is larger, and the reviews are positive. But all of them are recent.
Please help me with a choice!
SoNya 68
Go to the topic I need a simple bread maker. There about the Orions.
And they really are recently, 2 years old, as they are being traded.
Celestine
Of all the above, only one name of the stove is familiar, go there and read ... Orion.
Zhekka
My sister has already taken Orion 206, as soon as it is brought, I will make the first loaf, I will write down at least the first impressions.
Tutta
I own Orion-205 for three days, so far everything is fine! The stove is intuitive, buttons in Russian, large.
The bread is excellent, while 3 loaves were baked, everyone came up and baked. I'm very happy!

Now inexpensively you can buy a large number of different brands of bread makers, met from 400 UAH. (50 ueshek), look pretty decent. I chose Orion-205 because of its beautiful design and large window. I saw Delfa live, Rotex - nothing like that either.

And as for China, ALL bread machines are made in China or, at worst, in Korea, even Panasonic and others, I know for sure. Why pay more ?!
SoNya 68
Even in Crea, practically NOTHING is going-maximum in Malaysia! And then only expensive electronics. EVERYTHING in China. And now the assembly of TV Samsung and Ski in Ukraine. In Odessa))))))))))
Not everything, of course, LSD and plasma are still too tough for ours.
And the bread makers are still imported-CHINESE
And if it is written Made in Korea, Japan, etc., it means - Under the control of representatives. And that's all.
LiudmiLka
Sonya, then really, as many here advise, you shouldn't overpay for Brands, because the Orions are not inferior to them both in function and in appearance. I liked them, but nevertheless Vitesse is very interested. We sell a lot of this company here from dishes, I took it, knowing that low prices mean China, I'm happy with everything, but it's still not household appliances, but pots, knives, cutlery, etc. Oh, I forgot, the iron is also available from this company (not bad, apart from the blunt position of the indicator on the handle). But it seems that bread makers of this company are rare, they also have been producing them for only a couple of years. And on their official website they warn that, they say, beware of cheap Chinese counterfeits.
Sherstyusha
Celestine, there are batteries in this stove, they are for the operation of the electronic clock, even if the HP is turned off from the network
SoNya 68

Yep, get some natural Chinese!
Here's the thing. There are official Chinese manufacturers working on orders from European firms, according to their technologies and under their control. And there are production facilities such as semi-legal private traders. Well, like our pate shops and pastry shops, working in unsanitary conditions for a certain bribe to the authorities.
On the packaging of such manufacturers, you usually cannot find an email address, and even more so, telephone numbers. And the indicated (if suddenly!) Sites do not open.
And at work, if such a product comes in, the barcode is not readable by the scanner.
SoNya 68
🔗
here still look for the prototype of your Vitesse and you will immediately understand whose it is !!!
According to my Arieta
LiudmiLka
Sonya, I followed the link. Vitesse-422 outwardly, in terms of parameters and functions is more similar to Binaton-2068, Bork-1062, and if you forget about the appearance, then to your Delfochka. And I also read about Orions there - I want less of them. I will think further. Maybe someone from Vitesse will respond, or they will give a good link where you can read. I rummaged through everything: the descriptions are standard, no reviews, not even the programs are deciphered. On one of the sites, we managed to see the menu inscriptions on 421 models.
SoNya 68
You see, it's not about the Orions, but about your hands and brains!
Some people think - bought, fell asleep - and that's it, be good, give out what I came up with! This is where you have to go, learn from the masters. Take into account and analyze errors. Are there few complaints about expensive stoves ??
And 205 are praised for the fact that you can set the program yourself.
Tutta
In 205, the program can be set only in the minimum-maximum values fork - it's inconvenient.

Comrades, there is also a day shift in China. and there is a night one. In the daytime they are made to order, with the control of representatives, and so on, and in the nighttime with the left components, the best-selling models are riveted, just in the black. I know firsthand, so to speak.
Zhekka
At the weekend I arranged a test drive for my sister's stove Orion 206. I baked 3 loaves. I didn't like it at first. Kneading, proofing, everything is fine, but on the program "bread and bran" the dough did not have time to come up. In my opinion, the baking temperature is too high, the cake was baked in 45 minutes, the crust is dark and too thick, I would like it to bake longer and at a lower temperature. Crust color and weight per program. "baked goods" cannot be selected. I already thought about returning the stove, but decided to bother some more.
On prog. 1 "main" baked white bread and grain, everything is ok, the crust is valid. darker than mine, but this is a matter of taste, so we leave the stove)))

2 mixers knead so cool, the dough seems to flow from one kolobok to another, twists between mixers, but there is no such usual round kolobok, which, however, does not affect the quality of the kneading.

the instructions do not contain program cycles scheduled for minutes: kneading for 20 minutes, 1 lifting so much, etc. and it's very inconvenient !!! also, the baking and proving temperatures are not indicated anywhere.

There is an instruction in Russian Iukr., But in the Ukrainian part they forgot to write that the function loaf weight selection is available only in programs 1, 5 and 10, if I'm not mistaken. Recipes, however, are given for all programs for weight 900 and 1250.
With recipes, too, not everything is smooth, I did not dare to bake on recipes from the instructions.

I forgot to add: Almost all programs. there is a preliminary heating the products, so I kneaded the dough into the program. "cupcake", threw off and baked the main hectare. n
SoNya 68
When baking rye bread, I put it on the Whole Grain mode - it is heated during proofing. If there is not enough time, I just turn off the oven and wait as long as necessary. Then I turn on Baking. And that's all.
LiudmiLka
Here is a photo in the interior

Good afternoon, yesterday we bought an Orion-204 bread machine ($ 35, for a share), baked bread according to the instructions. After the end of baking, they pressed the start / stop button, by mistake dad pressed it 2 times. turned off from the network, then pressed start / stop again (the display was lit for 3 hours). But the bucket cannot be removed, even when we pull by force (we are afraid to pull with more force, so as not to break anything). Tell me what to do in such a situation? how to remove the bucket?

(the bread turned out to be very beautiful and tasty)
natalka
In fact, the bucket should not hold anything (there is no such thing even in the most sophisticated stoves). There are only two fastening principles: either the latches at the ends of the bucket (in the upper part) then during pulling out you can loosen them slightly by hand, or at the bottom the bucket is attached to the grooves and then when pulling it out you need to turn it slightly counterclockwise. There shouldn't be any difficulties
SoNya 68
The bucket just needs to be turned counterclockwise a little - it will come out! You have one axis there. Where 2, there is a little force to apply. You won't have any problems. In general, Orion's instructions are good.
SoNya 68
If it makes sense. I bake everything in the most inexpensive oven, and I make dough only in it. And with sourdough, the bread fits in it and the automatic mode is enough. The bread is just super !!!
The main thing is not to think that you have lost something. This is primarily just an automatic mini-oven.
Olenna
Natalka and Sonya, thank you

I've only been on the forum for a few days, please tell me where to get the recipes for Orion? Or do any recipes fit?
Interested in baking bread and muffins

Yes, the recipes in the instructions for Orion are really not a fountain, I take recipes for Panasonic, they fit very well, there are still a lot of proven and tested recipes on the forum, they can be safely used, just look that the amount of flour does not exceed the maximum permissible, in 205-m -500g,

All the recipes that are on our website can be used in any ... absolutely any oven.

Go to the topic of yeast bread - and choose according to your taste. I baked from the instructions for the first stove only once. It was good, but the forum and various recipes were delayed. And now I make it up myself. Try Elena Bo's quick semolina bread. Just try it as usual - delicious!
Like everything else, too. You can skip the instructions on this.Just do not forget to put food back from Panasonic - liquid first, etc. Flour - last.
