Hummus in a screw juicer CASO SJW400

Ingredients

Chickpea 150-200 g dry
Tkhina 30 g
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt taste
Vegetable oil taste
Parsley, cumin, hot red and black pepper optional, to taste

Cooking method

  • Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 12 hours (read the recommendations on the package and follow them).
  • Boil for 50-60 minutes until cooked (read the recommendations on the package, there may be a different cooking time).
  • Strain the boiled chickpeas, cool slightly. Do not pour the broth - it may be needed.
  • In the meantime, prepare the juicer: install the sorbet attachment. Place a container under the hole for the cake - the finished product will get into it
  • Load the chickpeas in portions through the inlet, turning on the juicer. Throw garlic there.
  • Pour lemon juice into the finished chickpea puree, salt, add seasonings, mix. Add tahini.
  • Bring the sauce to the required consistency with vegetable oil. You can pour in a decoction of chickpeas, thereby reducing the amount of oil. If you want a more homogeneous structure of hummus, you should pass it through the juicer again.

  • Delicious with warm lavash.

  • You can spread lavash, but it is even tastier to dip a broken piece of lavashik directly into hummus

  • This is a recipe that can be easily adjusted to suit your taste, changing the amount of ingredients, removing or adding something. You can change the thickness of the sauce by making it thin enough to drain off the spoon or, on the contrary, leave it thick so that the spoon will stand in it. Experiment, change the sauce for yourself.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

200 g

Time for preparing:

5-7 minutes

Note

And I made the tahini myself in the poppy mill.
Experience has shown that hummus tastes better after standing for three hours. I was afraid to put it in the refrigerator, but it turned out that aged in the refrigerator, hummus is even tastier.

Inna, I have a poppy mill "Mriya", Ukrainian production. Pretty old. My husband brought it to me from the landfill

I can't bake pita bread

If you please, sir, Natalya Batkovna ?!

Do you want a win-win recipe for lavash, or rather matnakash?

It's not the first year I've been baking, the result, mine adore it !!!

And the main thing is not at all difficult !!!
Bridge
No, I'm not that I can't ... It's more correct to say that I don't like their taste. I get them like a roll. No rubberiness.

Bridge, Natasha, well, the world juicer !!! Someone would have thought that she can do so much. Can I try in mine

Can I try in mine
Masha, of course, try it! I really don't know which one you have.
Masinen
The one I have is a Princess, a simple horizontal one.
Bridge
I don’t know, Masha. They need such a nozzle without holes - it does not squeeze out the juice, but simply flattens the fruit. I did not find it in any descriptions and video reviews. And only in the topic about your juicer, I see something similar to the picture with the description, such a solid green plastic cone. Perhaps this is what you need. Small picture, not clear to me.

Nothing! Our people are already making hummus in juicers! Who you tell, they will not believe!
Natasha, you got it so sunny, and even with a flat cake ...
Well, very beautiful!
Bridge
Yes. Linen! So you come to the Bread Maker for a bread recipe, and inventors and entertainers are already waiting for you. And that's it! Swamp sucked in - can't get out

Bridge, Natasha, thanks, I made it. Did it in a small blender bowl.
I immediately poured the broth from the chickpea, and then I read that it could be added. But I had chicken broth next to me, and I didn't have to think
Mine have not tried yet, but I tried with puff pastry sticks - delicious

Oooh, of course it's delicious!
Well you came up with the meat broth. I'll take a note.
You know, yesterday I did hummus for the first time in my life, before that I hadn’t tasted it, I hadn’t even seen it in my eyes. And I liked it. Most importantly, my husband is delighted with him. I think if next time I add meat broth to the sauce, he will like it even more.

And today I cooked it for the first time. I've heard the name before, but like you, I've never seen or tried it.

I added a decoction to the recipe.
anna_k
Can't you scroll through a meat grinder?
Bridge
anna_k, it is better to take a fine lattice to obtain a homogenized structure.
