Cheese pasta

Ingredients

Pasta 300gr
Processed cheese in a jar 200gr
Onion 1
Bacon 100gr
Grated cheese
milk

Cooking method

  • Recipe for Spaghetti Lovers Carbonara.
  • Yesterday, in the topic of slow cookers, they gave a video recipe for cheese pasta, I decided to repeat it, but only made it in a slow cooker and changed the recipe by adding bacon.
  • I have a small Panasonic with 4 buttons and I make pasta on the steam program.
  • So, chop the onion and bacon and put on a steam boil.
  • Cheese pasta
  • While roasting, I prepared the filling. I took the cheese, put it in a dose, filled it with hot water and mixed it well.
  • This cheese tastes like processed cheese in jars, so you can safely take any similar one.
  • Cheese pasta
  • When the onion and bacon are fried, add the pasta.
  • Fill the pasta with cheese filling and add milk to the desired amount, this is about a finger higher than the pasta.
  • Slightly salt and pepper.
  • Cheese pasta
  • Since my steaming program is exactly what you need, just close the lid after mixing the pasta.
  • During the cooking process, I stirred the pasta a couple of times so that the cheese would not be cooked to the bottom.
  • When the program is heated, let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Put it on a plate and enjoy! It turned out very tasty !!
  • Bon Appetit!!

Note

For cheese lovers, you can add any grated cheese at the end of cooking and stir.

Lerele, I'm first! It must be very tasty, I'll try to make it in Shtebe!

Very interesting. Lerele, and how long did you put the cooking on steam?
Lerele
julia_bb, only in a Teflon bowl, otherwise the cheese will be baked
Yes, you can do it in any cartoon and even just in a saucepan, but you need to stir in a saucepan.
It is so delicious, I really liked it !!

ElenaBK, I have it automatic, as the liquid evaporates, it turns off by itself. Unfortunately, I did not notice the time.

Yes, in the photo it's my husband's lunch, he ate it as a side dish, and I just like that, so it is very good as a side dish.

Lerele, thanks a lot for the idea. It is necessary to try on a sensory program like Plov.
Babushka
Lerele, yummy! Macaroni and cheese - my everything! And then there's the bacon! I am preparing the American version without bacon and onions, I will definitely try this recipe.
Lerele
Babushka, these pasta look a bit like carbonara spaghetti, from there I decided to add bacon, albeit without eggs, but it's also very tasty. And, in principle, budget, because processed cheese is inexpensive.

It's very tasty, we ate everything yesterday, although we eat some pasta, but without pleasure, but yesterday I looked, I even took additives
ElenaBK
Lerele, thank you very much for the idea! There is no photo, they ate everything clean. I did it in Panasonic18, first fried the brisket with onions on baking, then poured the macaroons with the cheese-milk mixture. Next is the Plov program. Almost a restaurant option with a minimum of labor. Well, very tasty

Next is the Plov program
Elena, and in time to fully withstand the Plov program?
ElenaBK
I completely withstood. The only thing, I poured the macaroons with milk so that they were slightly visible. Have Lereleprobably a different program in time. If I poured milk above the pasta level, they would be digested.

About the amount of water or pasta liquid. This is someone who likes it, someone is softer, there is more, someone is aldente, there is much less liquid needed, about a finger below the pasta.
Marina22
Lerele, thanks for the recipe. I did it. Only my husband wanted something thin, so I made it thinner and without bacon
