Khachapuri in a Ferrari pizza maker

Ingredients

Dough
Matsoni - 500 ml
Flour - how much is needed
Oil grows - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Soda 1/2 tsp
salt
Filling
Suluguni cheese 400-500 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Glass 240ml
  • Dough
  • Add soda to the yogurt and stir. Matsoni will bubble. Add salt, sugar, oil.
  • Then add flour and knead the dough. The dough should turn out to be softer than the dumplings, even stick to your hands a little.

  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add sour cream and egg.
  • Roll out the dough into a small circle and put the filling in the center. Gather the edges of the dough to the center, connect. Roll gently into a cake. We make several punctures, because when baking, the dough can swell and touch the shade.

Gulsine, I also experimented with khachapuri today. I bought everything strictly according to the recipe, both yogurt and suluguni. There is no amount of sugar in the recipe, I put 1 tablespoon, but it took me about 450 g of flour: girl_in_dreams: the dough stuck to my hands.
The dough is new to me and, honestly I was afraid to bake in a Ferrari, baked in the oven.
And very tasty !!! It turned out three pies, the first one has already been eaten!
