Duck (Mulard) in a multicooker-pressure cooker Mulinex cook4me

Ingredients

Duck 1touch
Prunes 10 pieces
Oranges 2 pcs
Teriyaki sauce 50-70 gr
Salt Taste
Pepper Taste

Cooking method

  • We take a deep breath and go to the chicken coop (supermarket) and choose a duck (I have a broiler Mulard) and the one that is bigger. Then we pluck (or wash, if from the store) and separate the meat from the skin and bones.
  • Squeeze the juice from two oranges and mix with a fork with Teriyaki or soy sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper and pour in our pieces. And let it stand for an hour (or better, three hours), you can add grated ginger or garlic (I throw the cloves directly into the bowl before cooking)
  • Put the marinated meat in a bowl, add the prunes and turn on the instant cooking mode (pressure cooker) for 40 minutes. Rice is usually a side dish
  • If you have an ordinary Peking duck, then it is better to take two pieces. In my 4.6 kg !!!
