Ingredients

dates with stone 150
raisins 100g
dried apricots 100g
dried cranberries 50 grams
raw peanuts 100g
sesame 3 tbsp. spoons
flax seed 3 tbsp. spoons
oat flakes 150 grams
lemon juice 2-3 st. spoons
banana large 2 pieces

Cooking method

  • If the dried fruits are very dry, then pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes.
  • Remove stones from dates, cut into small pieces.
  • Crush the peanuts with a rolling pin, leaving large pieces.
  • Cut dried apricots into small pieces.
  • Grate bananas on a coarse grater, it is better to take very ripe and sweet bananas.
  • Mix everything by adding lemon juice.
