Zucchini 1 small
Carrot 1 small
Bulb onions 2 pcs
A tomato 1 PC
Garlic 3 cloves
Quince 1/2 large fruit

Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Chop vegetables and quince at random.
  • Turn on the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes, after a couple of minutes pour oil into the bowl.
  • After 3-4 minutes, put the carrots in the bowl, then the quince, fry a little with the lid closed, mix, add the onion, after 3-4 minutes put the cabbage, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini, stir, add the tomato after 3-4 minutes. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes, add garlic, season with salt, pepper, add a little sugar.
  • Cook the remaining time, stirring occasionally.
  • I turned it off when there were 10 minutes left until the end of the program, everything was ready.

The dish is designed for

Several servings

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Cooking program:

"Bakery products"

Note

I was going to sauté vegetables a little on "Pastry" and cook them up on "Stew"
As a result, I cooked at the "Pastry".
I was sticking my nose into the pot constantly because I didn't want to get very soft vegetables.

I put the quince for aroma and taste, and was not mistaken, it turned out very tasty

The recipe is fancy, I wanted something light and spring.

Recommend.

Rituel, thanks
It is apple type, gives a slight sourness and aroma. For fresh vegetables, this is

Especially with meat, she shows herself in all its glory, quince.

Repeshulenka! Stew is what the doctor ordered! Our family is atheists to the core. Therefore, for us, fasting is just an excuse to respect people with strong views on this matter. But, we love some lean dishes. However, with quince I, somehow, most often practice meat dishes. Such as yours, I have never tried. I believe you. While the quince is on sale, go buy it, or something ...
Straight, you provoked me.
please
Irisha, without the quince, isn't that ..? I love stews very much, but there are no quince

Mikhaska, Irishenka, thank you for these words!
I fell in love with quince this year, because it began to be sold all winter, and it turned out that you can eat it just like an apple, and not just cook something with it.
I don’t remember that before, I was so hard that it was difficult to cut.

I like to put something fruit in food))) Honestly, I cut it just to eat, while preparing vegetables for stew, well, this is how the thought matured

Buy, of course, she can lie at home for a long time.

Nadyusha, why not, then) You can put an apple, if you want, a pear.
I did it spontaneously, although I like to chop an apple into a cabbage.
Cabbage is rather bland, but here such an unobtrusive fresh note appears.
