Oat-rye porridge with bran, flax, caramel fruits and almonds in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M 4502

Ingredients

Oat flakes 3 tbsp. l.
Rye flakes 2 tbsp. l.
Oat bran 1/2 tsp
Rye bran 1/2 tsp
Flax seeds 1 tsp
Apple 1/2 pc
Dried apricots soft 3 pcs
Almonds dry 7 pcs
Water 200 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Sea buckthorn jam 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash almonds, lightly dry and put in a multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Fry" mode for 5 minutes. Lightly fry the almonds for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Wash the apple, peel and seed and cut into thin slices. Add apple, dried apricots, vegetable oil to the almonds and fry for 2 minutes, then add sea buckthorn jam and caramelize for another 2 minutes.

  • Place the caramelized fruits and almonds from the multicooker bowl.

  • Mix flakes, bran, flax seeds and pour into a multicooker bowl, add water and set the "Cooking / porridge" mode for 5 minutes. Cook with the lid closed for 2 minutes, then turn off the Cooking / Porridge setting and set the Keep Warm setting for 5 minutes.
  • Put the porridge on a plate, top with caramelized fruits with almonds.
