Fermented baked pies

Ingredients

Ryazhenka 2 tbsp. (250)
soda 1 tsp without slide
margarine 125 gr.
Egg 3 pcs. (Average)
salt 2 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Flour about 700 gr.
Yeast 1 pack (11gr.)
Rust oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dough: Heat the fermented baked milk slightly, extinguish the soda in it, and let it stand for a little. Melt margarine, cool, and break eggs here, add salt and sugar, stir everything well, and add this mixture to fermented baked milk.
  • Sift into liquid about 700 gr. flour with yeast (add flour gradually so as not to clog the dough, as everyone has different flour)
  • Knead the dough well, it should be soft, elastic and at the end of the kneading add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. and knead the dough again well. Put it in a warm place for lifting. Any filling. I have minced meat with cabbage.
  • Let the pies come up, grease with yolk (I just greased with yolk, without adding water, etc.) and bake in a preheated oven.
  • All good, and a lot of bread in the house!
