Ingredients

Egg 2 pcs.
Oil 100 g
Margarine 80 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
Milk 75 ml
Flour 450 g
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Raisins 80 g

Cooking method

  • Break eggs into a container for baking bread, add salt, sugar, milk. Soften butter and margarine and add to the bulk. Sift flour, pour into a mold and pour yeast on top of the flour. Sweet bread program 1kg, medium crust. Raisins are added on cue.

I think this bread needs to be baked on the main mode - 4 hours. "Kugelhof yeast cake, bake on the main mode - also rich.

Today I baked this bread, however, without raisins and counted it to 750g. It turned out to be very tasty and airy, a cross between a loaf and a muffin. I didn't even have time to photograph. So thank you so much for the recipe.

I just wanted to bake a rich light bread with raisins, but it turned out to be a completely different bread, not bad, but different. Now your Italian (Admin) is being baked, yeast activated according to the instructions. It rose very well 10 minutes before baking. Previous breads without yeast activation, even with a large amount of yeast, did not give such a rise. Hence the question: if activated yeast is used in this bread with raisins, it will rise, become airy like a loaf if this amount of fat is distributed over a larger volume of the loaf.
