Ingredients

Peking cabbage fresh 16 sheets
Brown long grain indica rice 100 g
Fresh champignon mushrooms 2 pcs
Bulgarian red pepper 1/2 pc
Bulb onions 1 PC
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Dill, parsley dry 1 + 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Dry paprika 1/2 tsp
Pepper mix 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 + 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Rinse the rice, put in the multicooker bowl, pour 300 ml of water, add 1/2 tsp. salt and cook for 30 minutes on the "Cooking / Porridge" program. Separate the Chinese cabbage leaves, rinse and blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, then let cool. Separate the pepper from seeds and stalks. Peel the mushrooms dry. Cut the pepper and mushrooms into medium strips. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  • Pour oil into a pan, put onion and sauté for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms, pepper, spices, 1/2 tsp. salt and sauté for another 5 minutes until half cooked.

  • Put 1 dessert spoon of rice and vegetable filling in prepared Peking cabbage leaves, wrap tightly. Put the stuffed cabbage into the multicooker bowl for steaming, set the "Steam" program for 30 minutes (excluding the boiling time).

But I just now thought of it. Began to look for an alternative to tough winter cabbage. Earlier, at least Savoyard was sold, but now it is nowhere to be found .. But the Peking cabbage is very even !!
