Ingredients

Water 250g
Oil 125g
Eggs 5 pieces
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Add oil, salt to the water and let it boil.
  • Pour in a glass of flour and brew it. We knead for three minutes on fire.
  • Remove, let cool slightly. (the recipe says - cool to 70 degrees)
  • Cake
  • We add eggs one by one, each time kneading until the dough is homogeneous. (I added only three eggs and realized that it was impossible to add more, otherwise the dough would be liquid and then it would not rise)
  • Cake
  • We take a pastry bag with a nozzle (the recipe says - nozzle with a diameter of 18mm)
  • Cake
  • We put the dough out of the bag. For swans, it should not be as long as for eclairs and not as round as for nuts. And something average, slightly elongated. We plant it at a distance from each other, since it increases in volume during baking.
  • Cake
  • We bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 20 minutes. I don't grease the uniform with anything.
  • Cake
  • Now we need to bake the necks of the swans. We take a cornet or a disposable bag. Cut off the tip 4 - 5mm and draw two.
  • We bake at 190 degrees, 5 minutes.
  • Cake
  • After the cakes have cooled down, we prepare all the parts for assembling the swans.
  • Cake
  • We take the body - a blank and cut it into two parts, as if cutting off the lid.
  • Cake
  • Then we cut our lid - half we cut again into two parts. These will be the wings.
  • Cake
  • We fill a pastry bag with any cream that keeps its shape. The attachment is the same as for the dough. Fill the halves with cream - the torso. The cream is squeezed out in a slide.
  • Cake
  • Then we insert the quarters - the wings, and then the necks.
  • Cake
  • Cake
  • It remains only to sprinkle the swans with powdered sugar.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Cooking program:

Girls, what do you think, I used to do iklers everything was fine, the last time it turned out to be a thin bottom, I had to carefully scrape it off with a spatula, and before you hit it, everything goes away by itself ... what could be my mistake?
merilena
maybe someone knows the answer ... I want to do iklers soon, and I don't want to make the same mistake

Lena, I saw your question, but there is absolutely no time to look into the textbook. to see your reason. Come here Here... Here girls, just passed this choux pastry. There I indicated the reasons for the marriage. Maybe you can find a clue. Read the following messages from the girls. Maybe someone also had this and a hint is given there.
Although I understand that you have a lot of theory itself and now practice is being developed.
I gave very little information to understand your reason.
Perhaps the flour is poorly brewed, the rise is poor.
Perhaps the dough is watery.
Perhaps you need to try another recipe.
Read it, maybe you can find yourself a hint.

Most likely, the dough is liquid or whipped after adding the eggs, and never greased the baking sheet ... they slazed themselves, I will try to grease it a little ... before (for a long time) this recipe did not exist ... maybe someone had it too, if you put measuring cup on the scale and dump the container ...the weight on the scales and the measure will differ in 30 grams (in the measure less), I probably did it according to the measure and the liquid dough came out

Lyudochka, thank you very much for MK. Very clear and intuitive. According to your MK, I nevertheless made swans in the preparatory class. For the first time in my life, although it was scary, it worked. I was already bursting with happiness.

Luda, I also wanted to try to make such swans for a long time! If not for Vikino's assignment, I would still like to.
