Ingredients

Cooking method

  • This easy-to-prepare and aromatic dish turned out to be surprisingly satisfying, pleasant and tender. The caviar turned out to be thick and perfectly suited the various dishes with which I mixed it. The most popular caviar is eggplant and zucchini. No less tasty and healthy caviar from carrots, beets, sweet peppers, tomatoes, beans.
  • I suggest you try to cook pumpkin caviar in a cartoon. The benefits of pumpkin caviar in a slow cooker are obvious. This dish is low in calories, retains a maximum of nutrients and is perfectly absorbed by the body. Pumpkin is rich in sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese. It contains vitamins of group B, C, D, E, PP and T.   • Rinse the pumpkin under running water and pat dry with paper kitchen towels. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, dice the onion, finely chop the garlic.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put carrots, onions, pumpkin. Add salt, sugar, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs and pepper. Switch on baking mode for 25 minutes. Then add tomato paste, garlic, lemon juice, mix and turn on the "simmering" mode for 2 hours. After cooking, let stand for at least an hour.
  • Then, after everything has cooled, you can grind it with a blender or in a food processor. In my case, this is a Kenwood kitchen wiper.
  • Pumpkin caviar is served warm or cold. It is placed in a salad bowl or deep bowl and sprinkled with chopped parsley, dill, cilantro and green onions on top. Pumpkin caviar tastes like squash caviar. Such caviar is considered seasonal, and it is more often cooked in the winter season; pumpkin is very useful and more accessible in winter than marrow.
