White wine 30gr
Olive oil 1 tbsp, l
Bay leaf 1 1

Cooking method

  • Actually, this is a recipe for a thermomix, and we made it with the baby in it, but you can do it without it, so I give a recipe.
  • Vegetable pasta with spices

  • Place celery, carrots, onions, zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, herbs, parsley and bay leaves in a mixer and beat. Or break it in any way available to you, there are a lot of devices for this now.
  • Put salt, olive oil, wine and the resulting broken vegetable mixture in a saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat, stir occasionally. 35 minutes The mass turns out to be thick, so watch out. At the end, puree the mixture.
  • Beat in a thermomix for 10 sec. At speed 7, collect from the walls, and cook on ore2 varom for 35 minutes. Purée on ore 10, 20 sec.
  • Transfer the mass into doses, cool.
  • 1 teaspoon of this paste corresponds to 1 cube of vegetable broth.
  • 1 tsp of pasta goes to 500 ml of water.
  • Due to the large amount of salt, it is well stored in the refrigerator.
  • It is very tasty to add it to dishes.
