Ingredients

Wheat flour of the highest grade 135 g
Sugar 140 g

Pumpkin puree 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Walnuts 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar
Cream:
Cream cheese (I have Almette) 1 pack.
Vanilla curd cheese for children (or curd mass) 1 PC. (90 g)
Fat cream 3 tbsp. l.
Butter, soft 50-70 g

Cooking method

Note

If there is no baby cheese available, then we take 220 g of curd cheese, 50-70 g of butter and 170 g of powdered sugar and a few tablespoons of heavy cream to bring the cream to the desired consistency.
