Today we have pancakes with flour and starch that are loved in our family. There are also many different recipes for pancakes on starch, and one of my friends, Lena Pronina, shared this recipe with me, who, according to her, has been baking them for 150 years! Well, flirt, you all understand, what are there 150 with her eternal 18+? Pancakes have been tested with us for a year and have taken root forever under the name "Pronino Pancakes". So I brought them to you for testing.
  • Well, what are we baking? We started.

  • From the above ingredients, knead the batter. Add vegetable oil, mix everything well again and our dough is ready!

  • But, to be honest, any dough likes to stand a little, so that gluten could develop in it. So, if you leave it for 30 minutes it will only be better, if you are in a hurry, you can bake it right away, it will also be delicious.

and they themselves are soft, soft.
I always bake mine the same way and they are always harsh with me, the fact is that my boys only eat sweet pancakes,
and condensed milk, honey and jam are also poured on top. Therefore, I sprinkle sugar in spoons.
I think that sugar does not allow them to be soft, but I love soft ones.
Here in the recipe there are 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, I poured three, well, just for everyone. It turned out to be enough. And it baked.
From the beginning of baking to the middle, they turned out into a small hole, and by the end, when the dough decreased, they began to turn out smooth,
Probably, the starch has sold out and removed the pimples?
