Tea and plum cake in a multicooker Philips HD3060

Ingredients

Plum jam 1 stcn. (250 ml)
Vegetable oil 1/2 st.
Strong black tea 3/4 st.
Cinnamon, ginger taste
Rye flour 1 stcn.
Wheat flour 1/2 st.
Walnuts
Soda 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Here's my recipe, already fine-tuned for my family and tastes:
  • Plum jam here it is
  • Tea and plum cake in a multicooker Philips HD3060
  • It is very thick, unfortunately in the evening light ... I do not convey its wonderful color well ... and the SMELL is NOT transmitted through the monitor !!!
  • So, 1 glass of jam
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup strong black tea
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Ginger - I put fresh, but you can also powder ... for an amateur :-)
  • Mix these ingredients in a bowl ... just with a spoon!
  • Then we sift into a bowl 1 cup of rye flour and 1/2 cup of wheat flour and knead the dough with a spoon, the consistency of thick sour cream ...
  • then I add walnuts, just chopped with a knife! It's tastier this way :-)
  • ... And finally, 1.5 teaspoons of soda (it will be extinguished with jam), stir quickly ... 30 seconds ... no more.
  • Grease the bowl with butter, put out the dough, set Phillips on Cupcake 110 * mode for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • Tea and plum cake in a multicooker Philips HD3060
  • It baked to "characteristic cracks", and therefore had to add 15 minutes to the original 50. "Cupcake" mode 110 *
  • Tea and plum cake in a multicooker Philips HD3060
  • Now she took out the bowl, covered it with a towel, and cools.
  • So I took it out of the bowl onto a double boiler! The smell is stunned !!!)))

  • The cut of my plum pie ... you can see how the plum is "overlapping"

mamusiThanks for the cupcake recipe!
And when it cools down, is it wet or does it make a muffin dough?
I used to bake some kind of student cupcake on the infuser, but now I don't remember it.
petu
Rita, and what glasses? Faceted or from Filka?
mamusi
Girls, explanations for the cupcake - we take the GLASSES 250 gram FACETED.
petu
Rita, really cake ...
mamusi
Bast1nda, Natasha, this cupcake is wet as a plum cake! Delicate, you can eat with a dessert fork :-)

And rose high, class!

mamusi, Margarita, yesterday I read the recipe for your pie in Fili's Temko, fired up to bake it, today I poured it and nothing happened. The cake came out dull and not porous, as if not finished. I sin on the fact that I spilled soda directly into the jam, it went out there and the pie did not rise (these are my such fabrications). According to the recipe, I really like the pie: plum jam, walnuts and bright spices. I will repeat, I hope everything will be good :)) Thanks for the recipe

Well, now I want even more!
There is no plum ...... I wish I had eaten it all with tea! I love it very much! 1 glass !!! No way! I would have regretted it and ate it, honestly.
What can I replace? There is mashed black currant, or I can buy which one you advise.
mamusi
Bast1nda, Natasha, in principle, you can take ANY jam, but I use the trial method ...
... I came to the conclusion that it is tastiest with plum, and precisely so that it is UN-GRINDED - whole pieces of fruit in this pie are VERY tasty! You can try with apricot, apple (and cinnamon-cinnamon there!))).
I did it with currant - delicious too! But, to be honest, there is NOTHING to compare with plum (for some reason)))
And rye flour is important in mine - it turns out soooooo delicacy!

Lanochka007, He can't be cool - something is not right ... I'm so sorry ..
I bake it so often - twice a week for sure! I have to spend the jam by summer!
It is wet - it is - YES! But not dull. And you try to bake one time in the oven for a start - for comparison! The layer will be thinner. Take a look. Please rate. I used to bake in the oven in a silicone mold for 180 * 40 minutes (try with a match). And then she got her hand full - and switched to cartoon.
And yes ... you need soda after flour, on top of flour ... and stir with a SPOON - not for long. No mixers!
I really want you to succeed

mamusi, Margarita thanks for the recipe, I'll try to bake it.
mamusi
ket66, Lena, bake for health, I will wait for your review, I hope you will be happy! .. :-)

Rita, I started testing my new assistant Kid Filipk with your apricot pie.
There was really one drawback, after falling asleep with soda, the children were distracted, for ten minutes I stood on the table.
I didn't expect that with rye flour you can practically bake a dessert. Delicious and on time for fasting. I ate it with pleasure, the children too .. He got up well, but the top was straight wet, and the middle seemed to be soaked in syrup and crumbled, as it were. I will bake for sure, the taste is very unusual, but I will probably raise the baking temperature. Or is he supposed to be?
mamusi
S * lena, Helen! he is WET! I love it, now the plum jam has come to an end, I make it on apple jam (namely jam) - apples in it in pieces! Very tasty too.
And yes, I have known this about rye flour for a long time - after all, it is added to gingerbread, it gives a wonderful taste and chocolate color!
(There is such a Jewish honey cake Lekakh! I bake it for Christmas. New Year! It is completely on rye flour - this is a fairy tale!)
It may crumble a little! For me, it looks more like a cake - mine is what they call it - a plum cake.
And when you take it out of the Multi - then YES! It's wet. Should stand, cool down. The main thing is not to hammer with flour ...
I'm glad you baked! Eat to your health!
S * lena
Thank you, very tasty! I just wanted to pinch off to try it, but crumbled a decent "piece"!
mamusi
I got the idea to try to bake at 120 * ... I'm interested in myself. All the same, I started to bake this "cake" in the oven at 180 * .. 40 minutes - perfect. It only baked for a long time, but with the advent of the 10th Panasik began to bake in it, there Baking automatically ... 65 min. And now the oven has begun in Fillet, so I really like the shape of the bowl - it turns out a round, taller, pretty baby ... and you can still play with the temperature ... I'll try to raise it above 110 ... for a start, 120 and see ...
S * lena
Yes Yes Yes! And I imagine a cake made of it, so neat, small "!
mamusi
Yes! You voiced my thought! I also plan to try the cake! I bake bread, and I can imagine that the cake will be INCREASED AND ROUND, but with raisins .... yum!
Jiri
mamusi, Margarita, multicooker testing continues
sorry for the quality of the photo
Tea and plum cake in a multicooker Philips HD3060
mamusi
Jiri, Ira, wonderful photo! The structure of the pie and the plum pieces are very visible! Are there walnuts? :-)
Glad they baked it! He is now very useful, a completely lean version! Thank you! ))))
Jiri
Margarita, in general, my husband is fasting, but somehow I imperceptibly grabbed a quarter, delicious, albeit lean! Fluffy, not dull, and products are always there. Thanks for the recipe!
S * lena
Rita, today we finished eating your pie, you are right - he needs to stand, a completely different calico. The child said it was very similar to a chocolate cake, I had a cupcake with coffee. So for the time of fasting, this is my dessert, along with Vitalinka's jam biscuits.
mamusi
S * lena, Len, I liked your idea with coffee a lot, I want to try it too .... (or maybe with cocoa, right?) That is, saar coffee or cocoa and use it as a recipe instead of tea ... Or how did you do it?
S * lena
mamusi, Rita, I brewed strong natural coffee, waited for it to cool down and instead of tea added it to the dough. By the way, now we have finished take two. Baked at 120 degrees for the same 1 hour 10 minutes. I liked it better, it is just as wet, but with a slight hint of crust. Not fried at all. Also with coffee (we are coffee lovers) and poppy seeds.Mac fit in very well, there were no other goodies.
Today he did not crumble with me, he cut perfectly in 2 hours. In general, no longer.
Yes, I think it will be very chocolatey with cocoa, boom to try!
mamusi
LENA! Perfectly simple, there is just natural coffee in the beans, we only drink this, I'll cook it and put it all together, with poppy seeds, so it is possible WITHOUT nuts?
How? I will wait for an answer ...
And added dry poppy and how much?
Oh, I want to try!
And thank you for testing the new temperature regime ahead of me :-)
I will also bake at 120 today ... my son needs to go to work, for tea and one for his home - we are people too!
S * lena
Rita, my younger one refused to eat last time with nuts, he doesn't eat nuts, he doesn't eat raisins in baked goods. And I poured out the poppy without problems, as it was, so much, about a handful, washed it only through a strainer.
And the coffee today was natural, we also only drink it. And I made the first pie on instant, (there is a baking jar) I was too lazy to cook and wait until it cools. Delicious too!
mamusi
S * lena, Lena, well, I am reporting the result - I baked it on freshly brewed coffee, on apple jam with slices :-).
I added 2 spoons of poppy seeds, walnuts were also - how could it be without them! Of course, all the spices, as in my 1st post ... I didn't try it myself, my son took me to work in the morning, treated me to the department ... I called directly to work, the employees asked for the recipe! They say EXTREMELY delicious!
We'll have to bake one more to try it myself!
S * lena
Margarita, It's great that everyone liked it! Cool recipe you have! And most importantly, everything is very fast, very simple, very tasty and very affordable!
Mirabel
Margarita, Rit, but I didn't get the pie .. so sorry.
baked in a cartoon Philips, but another, not a baby and used a failed plum jam ... fatty and sticky.
This is how I attach the failed jam from the slow-motion, the 3rd pie, according to different recipes, flies into the trash
mamusi
Mirabel, Vika, I'm sorry, he is not dull and not fat at all.
Something went wrong.
Only in the morning the son finished the last piece today, all porous in a hole. Yes, it's wet!)))
But by no means awkward.
It's a shame!
It is delicious delicious. But I do with jam, where the halves are plums, don't break them
The cake is made WITHOUT the participation of a mixer-blender !!!!
All with a spoon, at the very end of the soda and stir with a spoon for 30 seconds. Grease the bowl, pour, bake.
I bake in Panasika for 65 minutes. Excellent result.
Could it be that you had jam?
Mirabel
yes I have no doubt that the cake is gorgeous. maybe it's in the jam ... I just want to repeat it .. maybe not in the cartoon.
mamusi
Mirabel, at first, I baked it in the oven, before the cartoons. 180 * 40 min. Check the middle by a match.
I do this ~ first I pour 1 glass of jam with pieces of plum into a bowl, then 1/2 cup of rast there. butter and 3/4 stack. strong tea. Faceted glass 250 g!
I mixed a little with a spoon. I pour in a drop of Ginger, Cinnamon 1 tsp. Chopped walnuts.
Then separately sift flour 1 cup rye + 1/2 cup. white.
Slowly add the sifted flour to the liquid mixture and mix with a spoon.
At the end of the soda 1.5 tsp without a slide. Stir quickly with a SPOON for less than a minute and pour into a greased dish.
But now I don't bake in the oven. Only in the cartoon. I indicated the time.
The cake is moist, porous and tasty. Plums give sourness, nuts are felt in pieces. Cinnamon and ginger add a crazy flavor.
Bake to your health!
And good luck to you!)))) Let everything work out!
Mirabel
mamusi, Ritochka! Thank you very much for the detailed instructions. Maybe the Princess won't let me down ...
Last time I added coconut oil ... maybe that's why it turned out so oily

mamusi, Rita! I am grateful! everything turned out great and very tasty and aromatic, maybe just too crumbly, which is not at all critical.
baked in a small oven, such as a Princess pizza oven and added sunflower oil, in disbelief - why didn't it work the first time?
like you tried in different cartoons and everything was okay .. coconut oil? well, it seems to be vegetable too
Well, in general, I will bake with different jams and next time I will try to add coffee .. Not a recipe, but a find, so clean and very tasty!
mamusi
Mirabel, Vika, try it with coffee. I baked ~ my son wore to work for a treat to the table!))) And then he called ~ asked for the recipe again. Ladies ...

I added coffee and poppy ... it was very unexpected!)
The girls wrote about it here. And you can also do it with cocoa, but I can't get myself together. My husband likes it in its original form!
Mirabel
Aha! I will definitely try all the options!
IvaNova
I baked in the oven (the multi has a saucepan, I don't tyrannize it). The dish was lined with wet baking paper, lightly oiled. The cupcake popped out of the mold wonderfully.
The jam boomed, what it was - gooseberry. However, the taste is decent. Although I already ordered a plum and an apple for my mother.
The texture of the cupcake is interesting - soft, like a brownie.
I will definitely repeat. Thank you!

Rita! Thanks a lot for the recipe! Well, the pie is very tasty and aromatic! The jam was gooseberry jam (the plum jam had to be taken out of the basement), and coffee was added. Baking in Princesk for 15 minutes and 3 minutes off. The pie rose and baked perfectly, it turned out to be tender and fluffy. I will definitely repeat!
julia_bb
mamusi, Rhythm, what a recipe I missed, delicious for Fili! You must bake it.
Girls, thanks for cooking

Thank you, Vera, for your kind words! And to your health.
I really liked the idea with the Princess. Immediately in my head, options began to spin ... to make and try in Travolka when you need a little.

which recipe I missed delicious for Fili
Julia, try it, it is so simple and Lenten.

The main thing is NOT to beat when adding flour. No mixer, spoon!)
Good luck. Then tell me.

mamusi, Rita, thanks for the recipe. I bake for the second time in a row. Thick quince jam in pieces, wheat flour, the combine interferes - everything works out !!! I do not know why such a strict statement should not be whipped, after the combine comes out a fluffy soft pie.
I will repeat it very often, because jam is blockages.

By the way, I bake in Polaris 1203.

Thick quince jam in pieces

Svetochka, that's it! Delicious when sliced. Imagine.
Also: now I take completely only rye flour!)))
With her, my family loved all the cupcakes and biscuits!

... I heard it here on the site ... and began to try not to whip it up, and I started to get airier.
Plus ... some of the girls complained that the cake was "cool".
I don’t understand - what is the reason then?
Svetta
Call # 4 will be today! I'm baking for the fourth day in a row! We must somehow harass the jam, there is still a lot of it.
Baking # 2 from a mixture of rye and wheat (0.5 tbsp. + 1 tbsp.), I was not very impressed. However, we cannot eat rye flour, so I’ll hardly repeat myself, well, I’ll add a spoonful of it to a pack of lime.
But the baking time radically affects the taste! The longer, the tastier !!!
This pastry was perfect for my husband, because there is no sugar in it, only the jam is sweet. But for some reason, his pancreas does not react to this cake, but to baked goods with rugayzzo sugar)))
So, Ritochka, your recipe has settled with us forever.

By the way, girls could get a cool cake because of low-quality soda.
I have a recipe where jam is mixed with soda (!!!) and costs an hour! Then the dough is kneaded, the baking turns out to be very fluffy and soft.
