Steamed gingerbread in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Honey 2-3 st. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp.
Vegetable oil for greasing the steamer bowl

Cooking method

  • Mix oil at room temperature with an egg, soda (do not extinguish) and honey.
  • Sift flour and add gradually. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • We sculpt balls the size of a walnut and put them in a greased multavark bowl (which is for steaming!) We put the balls not close to each other, because they will increase 2-3 times during cooking!
  • We cook for 20 minutes without opening the lid, then we take it out and let it cool on the wire rack ..

Note

I added a teaspoon of cinnamon and cloves (ground) to the recipe
Alternatively, you can make gingerbread cookies with a filling.
But it will be next time)))
Who loves glaze, then it is appropriate here.

And we eat too much sweets, so if at least somewhere there is an opportunity to reduce the amount of sugar, then this should be done.
