Ingredients

Butter (softened)
Chives (green onions)
Smoked brisket
Sun-dried tomatoes
Garlic

Cooking method

  • Chop onion, brisket (I have raw smoked pork), sun-dried tomatoes and garlic with a knife.
  • Bomannier oil
  • Mix the crushed ingredients well with softened butter.
  • Bomannier oil
  • Wrap the mixture in plastic and put in the freezer.
  • Bomannier oil
  • Use by adding a couple of circles to various dishes. For example: spaghetti, beans, lentils, you can simply spread on bread or stuff them with something. The number of products is arbitrary.

I found the recipe on Belonica's website. As it turned out, making such oil is a well-known technique for chefs - very convenient and time-saving.
