Galinawhat a beauty!
And when should you add nuts, along with prunes and pumpkin? Maybe I just didn't see.
Gala
Tamara, that's right, put the nuts together with prunes and pumpkin. I corrected it in the recipe.

Very appetizing photo! I just want to cook.
Tell me, what does this solenode give? (this is the first time I've heard such a name)
Gala
dav230, the solena (pickling in brine) is used to add juiciness and richer flavor to meat. The salt retains moisture in the meat, so the meat prepared in this way will be more juicy.

Thank you so much! I will definitely cook it. Another question - you have a turkey thigh fillet written - does it mean to cut the meat off the thigh, and if you cook a whole thigh like that? Will not work? Or a turkey fillet?
Gala
Alyona, I had a boneless thigh fillet. I didn’t make a whole, I don’t know how it will turn out, and will it fit into the pan as a whole? If it fits, you can try to make a whole.
dav230
Thanks for the answer! If it's small, it fits, I cooked broth with it
