Ingredients

Chicken breast (fillet) 200 gr.
White cabbage 150 gr.
Broccoli (frozen) 100 g
Cauliflower (frozen) 100 g
Tomato 1 PC.
Fresh champignons 5 pieces.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 5 teeth
Sea salt 1 tsp
Seasoning for vegetable soup 1 tsp
Unrefined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill) 10 + 10 gr.

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan of 2.5 liters. lay out the chicken breast fillet and pour over 2 liters. cold filtered water. After boiling, remove the foam, drain the water, add filtered water and let it boil again. Then add finely chopped onions and garlic, chopped white cabbage. Reduce heat and cover saucepan.
  • After 20 minutes, add frozen broccoli and cauliflower, diced tomato and mushrooms, chopped herbs, seasoning, salt and vegetable oil to a saucepan, let it boil and cover. After another 10 minutes, the soup is ready.

Very fresh spring soup!
I already had chicken stock ready. I poured it into a slow cooker, threw onions, mushrooms, seasonings. A little later - freezing cauliflower and broccoli, tomato and garlic, poured oil. After some time, I added Peking cabbage (recently it began to be used in soups instead of white cabbage, since white cabbage is outrageously tough closer to spring). She turned off the unit and let it brew for half an hour. Added greens when serving.
The soup is bright not only in taste, but also visually.
