Ingredients

Chicken breast (fillet) 400 gr.
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pcs.
Tomato 1 PC.
Fresh champignons 3 pcs.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Dry red wine 100 ml.
Dry Herb Blend (French) 1 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken breast fillet, dry it, cut lengthwise into strips 2 cm wide and 1 cm thick.Add olive oil to the sour cream, grease the chicken fillet with this mixture, and then put everything in a pickling container. Add a mixture of dry herbs, salt to the wine and pour the chicken fillet. Cover and refrigerate for marinating for at least 1 hour.
  • Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
  • Wash and dry the Bulgarian pepper and tomato, remove the stalks with seeds, cut into large slices. Peel the champignons dry and cut into 2 parts.
  • String fillet (accordion) on skewers, alternating with vegetables. Place on a greased baking sheet.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees, then remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown.
  • Serve with sauces, fresh vegetables and herbs.

Bianchi, I make chicken thighs like a kebab. Marinade with onions, barbecue spices, apple cider vinegar. pickle for 2 days. Before frying, I grease them with mayonnaise on top (like pies), cover the baking sheet with foil and in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Temperature 180 * 10-15 minutes before the end, I remove the foil and turn on the grill to brown. I also do pork brisket, only marinate it longer. Well, your meat tastes just magical.
