Repair of engine shutdown HP Moulinex 5002

I would like to share the experience of repairs associated with stopping the engine operating in intermittent mixing mode at the beginning of the program.

The mode of kneading rye dough is difficult for cotton, especially in the mode of starting the rotation of the blades.

One day the stove stopped turning. When turning the blades by hand, they made several turns and stopped.
After additional manual rotation of the blades, everything repeated.

So, a microcontroller (Samsung S802 3F9188XZZ-QZ88 I1ZU7), display, buttons and LED are mounted on the control board.

The power board contains a heating element control relay (JZC 7F) (12 volts), a BTA08 triac for controlling the motor board, an L7805CV stabilizer (5 volts), a 14D471K varistor (FNR14K471), a bridge on four diodes, a fuse, three chokes, two connectors (thermistors and secondary winding of the transformer) and resistance with capacitors. The thermistor with two protection elements is mounted on a separate strip.

A board is installed on the engine, on which a bridge on four diodes is mounted, three chokes (one doubled on a toroid) and two capacitors.

Inside the motor, there is also a noise suppression circuit with 2 capacitors plus protection.

At the moment of stopping, there was an alternating voltage at the input of the motor board, so the control transistor and triac did not defect. There was also a constant voltage at the output of the motor board, so the problem was hidden in the motor. The brushes and motor protection were in order, the stator was on a permanent magnet (stingy!), The rotor remained on suspicion.

Having rang the rotor, I found two pairs of non-ringing lamellas. An attempt to rivet the hooks of the lamellas in which the windings are clamped (there is such a method) did not lead to anything.

I found out the cost of rewinding - more expensive than a new engine.

I decided to do an experiment - to remove the intermittent mixing mode that kills the engine by connecting the engine directly to the network through a toggle switch.

The idea is that the motor does not start if it stops when the brushes touch the blades of the burned-out winding. At speed, the engine slips these sipes. In this case, there will be some drop in power.

I drew a part of the circuit for the forum (I removed the circuit from the board), everything is clear there.

On the board, a hole in the board turned out to be free, a heat-resistant PRKT wire was soldered there (it could have been RKGM), going to the toggle switch. I soldered the motor wire from the board, also soldered it to the toggle switch, soldered a wire to the vacant hole and connected it to the toggle switch.

The principle of operation is simple. I use program 13 on the stove. I switch the toggle switch to direct connection, the blades rotate continuously, I press start.
Time is counting down. I count the moment when, according to the program, the blades rotate continuously after standing and I switch the toggle switch. Then the stove will stop the engine by itself.

In addition, he turned the bearing plate 180 degrees due to uneven bearing wear, which will also extend its service life.

A month has passed, the oven is working.

PS

I just shared the experience without calling for a repeat of the experiment. Anyone who wishes can repeat it on their own responsibility with a sufficient understanding of the basics of electronics.

sid2857Hats off Beautiful engineering move
PS: What a pity that in modern times fewer and fewer masters are engaged in repairs at the component level, I'm generally silent about the modernization of factory products In general, bravo!

I will add that part number of the motor SS-187661 or analogue ZYT4245-23A 🔗 the price is 2800 rubles. Here they ask for 800 rubles 🔗
