Ingredients

Oat flakes 160 ml
Filtered water 560 ml.
Cashew nuts handful
Liquid honey 3 tbsp. l.
Linseed oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1) Put the oatmeal in a slow cooker and cover with water. Cook in a slow cooker on the Milk Porridge setting for 20 minutes.
  • 2) After the signal of readiness, salt the porridge, add flaxseed oil and stir.
  • 3) Dry cashew nuts in a dry frying pan and cool.
  • 4) When serving, sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with nuts.
