Naval pasta with spinach (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Frozen spinach 100 g
Small pasta (pasta) 350 gr.
Mixed minced meat (beef + pork) 250 gr.
Water 600 ml.
Onion 1 head
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper taste
Oregano 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1) Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the bowl. Finely dice the onion. Turn on the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes. Fry the onions for 3 minutes with the lid of the multicooker open.
  • 2) Add minced meat and cook for the remaining 3 minutes. Stir occasionally and break up the lumps.
  • 3) Add chopped spinach to the minced meat (no need to defrost) and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • 4) Add oregano to the minced meat. Put the diced butter there. Since the bowl is still hot, the butter will melt. Stir the contents of the bowl.
  • 5) Pour in the pasta and stir well so that they are covered with fat on all sides. Then they will not stick together during cooking. Pour in cold water, salt and turn on the "Pasta" mode. Cook with the lid closed.
  • 6) At the end of the heating program, switch off. Open the lid and stir the resulting dish. Serve hot.

Similar to the previous recipe, but in my opinion it tastes even better with spinach !!!
