Cranberry Corn Pie (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 100 g
Corn flour 100 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2 large (C0) or 3 small (C2)
Sugar 150 gr.
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp or vanillin - 1 sachet
Vegetable oil 75 ml.
Yogurt 125 ml.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Cranberry 100 g

Cooking method

  • 1) Sift both types of flour. Add baking powder, salt and stir.
  • 2) Beat eggs with sugar. Add zest, vanillin, melted butter and vegetable oil.
  • 3) Gradually add flour into the egg mixture. Also add yogurt, honey (liquid) and mix well.
  • 4) Pour half the dough into the multicooker bowl. Pour a layer of cranberries onto the dough. Pour out the remaining dough.
  • 5) Bake on the Bake setting for 60 MINUTES.

Note

The result is a delicious and aromatic cake. It itself is almost not sweet, cranberry gives sourness and the aroma of honey dominates. So if you want to add some sweetness, make some chocolate cream and top the pie.
