Cooking method

  • At this stage, I put it back in the same cauldron, covered it with a lid. Within an hour it rose.
  • Shaped not tricky buns. After proving, cut them into chamomile and sprinkle sugar and poppy seeds on top. Lubricated with an egg and in the oven at t-190,200 degrees. Baking time did not timed baked about golden crust.
  • P.s. It should be noted that a similar experiment was done with semolina porridge. The result is also excellent.
