Cod terrine with potatoes

Ingredients

Cod fillet 500 grams
Carrot 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Potato 2-3 pcs
Sour cream 2 tablespoons
Egg 1 PC
Garlic 1 clove
Potato starch 1 table spoon
Greens taste
Spices, salt, pepper taste
Vegetable oil for coating

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind all products:
  • - fish, onions in a meat grinder
  • - carrots, potatoes on a grater (potatoes in a separate bowl)
  • - garlic on the press
  • - cut greens
  • 2. Stir everything except potatoes, beat in an egg, add sour cream.
  • Add spices, salt, pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the starch last.
  • 3. Grease the baking dish with rast. oil.
  • Divide the potatoes into 2 parts and put one part on the bottom of the dish, then the whole fish mixture. Top with the remaining potatoes.
  • Grease the top with sour cream.
  • 4. Bake in preheated to 200 gr. oven for 40-45 minutes. The first 20 minutes covered (or foil), the remaining time with the top open to bake the crust. It may take longer, check your oven.
  • Serve hot or cold.
  • It turns out to be a juicy, tasty appetizer or main course.
