It turns out to be a normal size (see 1-1.5 lower than full), the crumb is porous, dry. The crust is not for everybody, you can put it dark, it will be a little lighter than in full mode.

There, warm water must be poured into a bucket, and in the recipes from the yeast book they offer (how to correctly say) lay down 10-25% more than in other HPs.

I somehow roughly counted the recipe for quick bread for Ski under a small loaf of Panas. Do not bake.
But unless bread: flour 400g, yeast 2.5 tsp, sugar 2.5 tsp, butter 1.5 tbsp. l., water 250 ml. can be low in Panas on "rapid" ?!

Semolina is made from durum wheat and contains more gluten and absorbs more water. Semolina can replace 1/3 of the flour from a recipe where coarse flour is supposed to be used

I counted the ingredients for 400 g of the total weight of flour + cereal (we eat little bread) and put a little less yeast (1.2 tsp instead of 1.4), put it on a medium crust and that's what happened. The crust could have been light, it turned out to be thick. The height of the bread is 11 cm, but this is not a drawback, it turned out the way I wanted. Natusichka, add additives (spices) immediately. You can safely reduce sugar to 1 tbsp. l. and 1.5 tbsp. l for big bread (I do that). I also have LG, there is too much sugar in the recipe book.
About the cheese. Add during the second whistle kneading. If you want it not to dissolve, then only PARMESAN! You have not specified where you live.
